Endroit agréable et calme

Maison périgourdine, donc de caractère avec des pièces de grands volumes et une construction en belles pierres ocrées. Nous avons passé 1 semaine début novembre 2021, température extérieure descendue à 3 degrés. Le poêle imposant en fonte et quelques radiateurs d'appoint ont assuré un confort satisfaisant. Nous avions du bois à volonté. Nous recherchions cette ambiance feu de cheminée et n'avons pas été déçus. Bon contact avec la propriétaire disponible et efficace. Nous avons profité d'une très bonne literie et d'un calme absolu. Nous recommandons ce logement. Un couple 63 et 57 ans.

Deuxième séjour, toujours aussi idyllique

Belle maison toujours bien entretenue et équipée, nous revenons avec plaisir. Chaque année, un petit quelque chose qui change et parfait le tout. Proche de beaucoup d attraction et pourtant si calme , si reposant. Le lac a toujours cette vue imprenanble sur le chateau , hors du temps. à bientôt

superbe séjour

Magnifique séjour dans cette région que nous ne connaissions pas et dans laquelle nous reviendrons. La maison est idéalement située à la sortie du village et au calme, elle a beaucoup de charme et idéale pour les familles ( bien équipée, confortable avec une grande pièce à vivre). Ann est une hôtesse adorable aux petits soins, elle saura vous conseiller sur la région et est disponible Merci à elle et sa superbe maison qui nous a permis de passer un génial moment en famille.

Un vrai coup de coeur

L'arrivée a été facile et nous avons été chaleureusement accueilli. La maison est un vrai bijoux avec tout le confort nécessaire et même plus: espace, clarté, propreté. Les lits et la douche sont XXL . Séjour fort agréable avec de nombreuses activités proches. Nous avons essayé des vélos électriques loués à Lalinde. Cette voie verte cyclable est un vrai régal: "nous avons retrouvé l'ardeur de nos 20 ans" Assurément nous reviendrons Merci à Anne la proprietaire

Parfait idylique

7 nuits passées ici pour visiter la région, les châteaux de la Dordogne au rythme du vélo. Super accueil (et encore merci pour vos conseils et votre petite attention à notre arrivée) ! Le gîte est très bien équipé pour des vacances un peu comme à la maison. Equipement complet à l’intérieur : lave vaisselle, plaques induction, machine à laver, micro ondes, machine à café Nespresso (what else...) , grand jardin avec table et chaises et barbecue à l'extérieur. Les lits sont confortables, grande Douche et Wc très propre, l'ensemble semble avoir été rénové récemment avec gout et éléments de qualité.Il y a même des jeux de société et des livres à disposition mais nous n'avons pas eu le temps de les user ! Nous avons beaucoup utilisé nos vélos sur la piste cyclable de Bergerac à Mauzac le long de la Dordogne, que du bonheur Nous reviendrons assurement

Sfeervol huis met schitterende tuin en uitzicht

lanquais is een zeer klein middeleeuws dorpje dat ongeveer 15 km van Bergerac ligt. Daar ligt het huis dat we bezocht hebben. De zeer rustige ligging vonden wij zeer prettig. De dagelijkse voorzieningen liggen op redelijke reisafstand (bakker 3 km, supermarkt 5 km) en de mooie dorpjes en andere bezienswaardigheden lagen op niet meer dan een uur rijden vanaf het huis. Het huis zelf heeft alle voorzieningen die je nodig hebt; prima bedden, keuken, en douche. Fijn ook de wasmachine en goede WiFi. De luiken overdag dicht waardoor het bij 40 graden buiten, binnen toch nog redelijk koel bleef. De grote tuin biedt voldoende schaduw, en mogelijkheid tot lekker buiten eten. De grote ruimte onder het huis geeft de mogelijkheid om te darten, tafelvoetbal en tafeltennis te spelen. Leuk ook de koeien in het aangrenzende weiland. Wij vonden het kortom een prettig huis. Let op het zwemmeer bij het kasteel van Lanquais is inmiddels buiten bedrijf.

Amazing , lovely, charming, perfect week...

Perfect for walks and bike rides The location is amazing. It 's a Lovely charming and confortable house situated at the edge of a village near the Dordogne'river. We walked miles through the woods, on well marked paths, where we saw deer, hares and other wildlife. A traffic free cycle path runs close-by and offers excellent cycling around the region. Perfect!

An authentic gite in rural France, newly renovated to a high standard, surrounded by acres of grounds. A lovely large garden with sun-loungers , plenty of sheltered space for eating outside. The gite is in easy reach of the airport, and there are many lovely places to visit close at hand by car – Bergerac , the old Bastide villages (including Lalinde, Eymet, Monpazier, Sarlat), castels, vineyards and caves. There’s plenty to do: shopping in the local markets, walking, cycling, canoeing, eating at local restaurants or eating the evening away at the night markets. The host Ann is wonderfully attentive and helpful and she go out of their way to ensure everything is just as you would like.

An idyllic setting

We spent some days of wonderful holidays in this vacation rental. The house is wonderfully laid out and decorated recently, with everything we need equipped. Good beds, a large living room, and a beautiful bathroom. There was the baker and restaurant as well as market all nearby. The absolute peak is naturally the garden. We enjoyed a lot of the evenings with the sunset. The house is definitely in the best corner of Dordogne. Willingly, we will return with pleasure again!

Maison et jardin splendides au pays des chateaux

La maison vient d'être rénovée super et les chambres sont très agréables et propres. Il y a un très grand salon est joliment décoré. La cuisine est bien équipée et fonctionnelle. La terrasse extérieure est charmante. Il y a un grand et très beau jardin d'agrément avec la possibilité de se détendre sur les chaises longues et un salon sous un préau, près du barbecue. Places sont disponibles à divers endroits dans le jardin par exemple sous le murier avec une belle vue sur les champs. Le rapport qualité-prix est très bon. Nous reviendrons assurément.

Maison pleine de charme dans un village Médiéval Une maison pleine de charme dans un village historique situation cependant très calme. un excellent accueil de Ann, aux petits soins avec ses hôtes. Les deux chambres sont très confortables, et la maison est spacieuse et claire, rénovation très récente dans l'esprit des lieux, literie confortable, très propre. Le jardin est arboré et entretenu à souhait. Une excellente adresse pour une véritable maison Périgourdine authentique et confortable.

Schönes altes Haus in attrativer Umgebung Das Haus und die Lage des Hauses sind sehr schön und besonders. Die Ausstattung könnte besser sein (kein Backofen nur eine Mikrowelle, kein Waschbecken im separaten WC, winziges Waschbecken im Bad, ausser einer Cousch keine bequeme Sitzmöglichkeit für etwas größere Menschen, abgeschaltete Heizungen).

un charmant endroit pour rester dans cette belle région

Nous sommes revenu une fois de plus... La maison est toujours aussi accueillante: bien équipée, plutôt haut de gamme avec des lits spacieux et confortables -- - parfaits, beaucoup d'espace, une salle de jeux, un wifi de bon débit, une blanchisserie, un jardin fleuri, arboré et entretenu idéal pour se prélasser ou pour manger en plein air. L'environnement aux alentours est varié: de beaux vignobles, des champs de tournesol; de mais, des châteaux locaux, des églises, des villages et des marchés pour visiter. La campagne vallonnée sans plus, parfaite pour le cyclisme sans stress. Le canoë-kayak et l'équitation sont aussi voisins. Que demander de plus, nous avons déjà réservé pour l'an prochain..!!! à recommander...

A lovely place to stay in a amazing house

A lovely place to stay in a beautiful area of France. I have stayed at Lanquais for a week in each of the last two years. The farmhouse itself is perfect---comfortable beds, plenty of space,a games room, laundry, lovely grounds for eating outdoors. The area is beautiful----vineyards and sunflower fields; local chateaux, churches,villages and markets to visit; and the undulating countryside is perfect for stress-free cycling. Canoeing and horse-riding is also nearby. It's so good----4 of us are going back again this year...!!!
