2BR, 1B, Sleeps 4, Lakeview and Lake access in West Glacier

Your private cabin is built steps away from the shared guest dock on the secluded lake. Within 10 minutes you will find yourself at the West entrance of Glacier National Park, making it the perfect place to stay if you are an avid hiker! Should you want to kick back and relax, you may just find your self paddling the lake in a canoe or looking out at the gorgeous views. This unit has two bedrooms each with a king size bed and sleeps up to 4 guests. There is 1 full bathroom, a full kitchen with an open concept living and dining area. Should you need a bit more fresh air, fire up the grill and BBQ a fantastic meal for your group. Please note that this unit is not on the ground level and will require climbing some stairs. If this is not a great option for you please feel free to check out one of our other ground level properties that may meet your needs!
***We are a a smoke free property and do NOT allow smoking in units. An additional charge of $100 per day will be added to your stay for not adhering to this policy ***

Beautiful property next to a beautiful lake. We really enjoyed swimming in the lake and having access to kayaks at the end of the day. The home location is right outside the park entrance which made it very easy. Trudi is a wonderful hostess and make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

We are local and just wanted to be on the lake for the 4th. The check in process was a little strange as they made you go to West Glacier instead of just checking in at the lake property? This apartment is behind the owner's house on the lake, not on the lake. There are a lot of steps to this apartment, obviously, and also quite a few steps to the lake, so be prepared for that. Found hair in the sheets and the bed was uncomfortable. There is no lighting in the kitchen, only one overhead light in the living room, so it was hard to see what we were doing when preparing food. No dishwasher. Lake Five is a beautiful place, however wake boat owners have taken it over and ruined it. They go back and forth all day, in a lake that is WAY too small for wake boats, blaring obnoxious music and creating huge waves that completely ruined our experience. Can't kayak or paddleboard because of the waves, can barely even use a floatie. We were trying to sit and read by the lake and couldn't even think straight because of the loud blaring music. We will choose a different lake next time.

Better scenery than conveyed by the pictures! A nice property nestled back in the woods with little to no noise. Being that close to the West entrance made early hikes that much easier. Would come back!

Wonderful place to stay on the west side of Glacier. The lake was refreshing after hiking all morning. Wonderful patio to relax and play games in the evening.

Perfect Lakehouse!

Tara, Greg, and Miss Trudi were amazing hosts! Met us at the main lodge and drove us down to the lakehouse to make sure we could find it. The house has everything you might need and more and is right on the water. Beautiful views and an exceptional experience. Definitely recommend!!

Beautiful upstairs cabin on the lake. We take the canoe out twice and sat next to the lake each evening. It was the perfect end of our vacation in Glacier National Park. The location is perfect for getting in and out of the park quickly. Trudy and Tara were great hosts. We will be back again next year.

Lovely cabin

We had an amazing time- perfect location for access to GNP and going to sun road. Kids had just as much fun hanging and swimming in the lake at the cabin too! Very clean and comfortable.

Lake bliss

We loved being so close to Glacier but also being able to reelax at the house. The access to the lake was heavenly. After a couple of long, warm days in the park, my husband and I enjoyed jumping in the refreshing lake. Our stay was perfect.

We had a wonderful stay at this lakeside cabin. The boys loved jumping into the lake after long days in Glacier. We loved looking out at the stars. The cabin was clean and the perfect size for us. Highly recommend!
