Bright, roomy and relaxing house on quiet, dead-end street. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, bars, shopping and more. One level 3 bedroom, 2 bath bungalow. House has 2 queen beds, 1 bunk bed-double and single and a portable. Main suite has en-suite bathroom. House has wireless internet, 2 TV's and washer/dryer. Large gated front porch (Wheelchair accessible), newly sodded and landscaped fenced in back yard. The side porch is off of the kitchen. Quick 1 minute walk to Wilson Ave. beach access. Wonderful location!

This rental was the perfect size for my husband, myself and our dog. And a great location (so close) to the beach and lots of great restaurants and fun things to do! It was very clean, and the front porch & fenced in back yard was perfect for our dog. We would definitely stay here again! The kitchen is stocked to the T. The only thing I would say as a con is the spare bath shower is pretty small and needs more lighting. But other than that, all was terrific.

Four Years in a row! Our favorite place to stay.

This gem is our favorite getaway!! Atlantic Beach is our once a year vacation and we look so forward to staying at this house All year long ! We have stayed here four years in a row and we don’t ever want to stay anywhere else. It’s a charming , very clean and nicely decorated house . It’s PERFECT for kids and adults! We are so grateful that it’s pet friendly and the yard is so nice and it’s completely fenced in . We love that we are right at the beach and we can walk to go to breakfast, lunch and dinner . Beds are comfy, showers are great and this adorable home is stocked with everything you need ! We are already looking forward to next year . The hosts are so kind and caring and the neighbors are nice too ! We hope to come back and make memories for many years to come .

Great family getaway

The house was very clean and had everything you need. It was super close to beach access which was great for getting our kids down for naps in the middle of the day. Would definitely stay here again!

A Break in May

This is my second stay at this property - lovely home - great location - gated yard for furry family - front porch for fresh air, reading, coffee, cocktails… can’t go wrong by visiting Atlantic Beach and staying here.

Wonderful stay

The beach cottage was a wonderful get away for our family of four! The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Very short walk to the beach! We hope to return!

Easy beach access

Great place for a small group. Just right for our group of 4 adults . Easy beach access, just a half block away. It had everything we needed. Large front porch for sitting and leaving beach chairs on. Nice backyard fenced for pet safety and big enough for kids to play.

Always Wonderful

We were so happy to be back to our favorite rental. We had a wonderful vacation and we hope to spend our vacations here for many years to come . Everything is fully stocked , well thought out and immaculate. Perfect location just steps from the beach and we walked to Tackle Box tavern at least three times . We just love this place and the hosts .

Atlantic Beach Cottage

Very cute house, exceptional location for what we were looking for: close walk to the beach, close drive to restaurants, shopping, etc. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds, we were happy with this rental and hated to leave! Thanks for a great experience in Atlanatic Beach- we hope to return next year!

Fantastic Family Get-Away Property

We only had one slight issue during our 4 day stay, but it was handled almost immediately and with a very pleasant attitude. The host was very apologetic and went over and beyond rectifying the issue. I would not hesitate to stay there again and would definitely recommend! (and I feel sure that our future stays will include this property). Great proximity to the beach and pier even for us "older" folks". I hope everyone enjoys it as much as we did!

Great Time!

This house was great. Was just a 2 minute walk to the beach. Beds were very comfortable. The fenced in backyard was a plus if you have dogs . Will rent again.

Family Christmas

This house was perfect for our needs. It was close to family and exactly the right size for the 3 adults staying there. There was even a Christmas tree! Close to the beach and to anything else you may need. I highly recommend this property.

Wonderful home!

Classic AB cottage! Perfect location, short walk to beach. Quiet street, fenced yard/front porch was great children. Owner was wonderful and very prompt with responding. Would highly recommend!

We had a great time at this house. It’s very dog friendly and the walk to the beach is SUPER quick. Very quiet area as well. Jamie was an amazing host. Very responsive and helpful! We will be back.

Great location to beach

Had a nice time at the beach. It is a very close to the beach which is helpful when bringing a lot of sand toys and chairs and towels etc... Very close to local restaurants and aquarium. The fenced in yard was a great area for our dogs to run around in and also plenty of places to walk the dogs too. The house is cozy and well kept. Overall we had a great time here.

Wish We Stayed Longer

Three spacious bedrooms with linens included - two full bathroom with towels included - a kitchen that actually offers condiments, paper products and toilet paper. Wonderful owner and direct communication style - lovely porch to catch some ocean breezes - deal location with less than a block to the ocean - the pups loved the fenced in yard - can't go wrong with this place.

Thanksgiving 2020

The location was great, just steps away from the beach. You could hear the ocean form the covered front porch. The back yard is fenced in and the front porch is gated, which was very convenient for our furry family member. The entire family had a great, relaxing time and did not want to leave.

Perfect family and pet friendly cottage

I traveled with my spouse, MIL, infant son, and our dogs, and this was the perfect place for us! The fenced yard and porch were perfect for the pups, and we had everything we needed for the baby. The cottage was even roomier than the photos made it look. Best of all, it was just a couple minute walk to the beach, so it was easy to go back and forth as needed! Also, the beach was pretty quiet, never crowded. Highly, highly recommend!
