Wonderful location, beautiful scenery and a lot of accommodations for a weekend stay. Pricing for the amount of nights I booked for was also quite affordable.

The cottage was nice and simple. Perfect for 2 people. We loved the old ship lap design on the interior walls and the kitchen cabinets primitive design. Everything was super clean. The exterior lighting and rock work adds a great touch for the evening hours with a fire pit & chill out area. The cottage sits only a couple minute drive from the marina, which makes this destination perfect for those spending a day on the lake.

Red Apple Inn Wedding

My wife found The Cottage to be perfect lodging for a family wedding that we attended recently. The proximity to the wedding venue was ideal. We especially enjoyed waking early each morning and watching the sun light up the surrounding woods through the wonderful wall of windows. The cottage was very clean and most comfortable. We definitely would stay here again, if/when we return to the area.
