This Pagosa Springs home is wonderful for a party of five. We sat out back and watched summer thunderstorms, and we were able to quickly get downtown on foot along the San Juan River Walk. On this walk, we were able to see hot springs, cool birds, and the lovely river. The accommodations were roomy, clean, and comfortable.

Nice place

House was perfect for our two families. Lots of space to sit and relax. Kitchen was fully stocked and beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place for Spring Break!

Had a wonderful spring break ski trip in March for family of four with golden retriever! Townhome was great! Convenient location (just a minute from the hot springs!). Communication with mgmt was excellent and loved the place. Will stay again next time we are in town!

Ski Trip Rental

Great property and a great price

This property is in a great location to most of the touristy things to do in Pagosa Springs. Easy access to the hot springs and to the shops and restaurants is ideal. The kids rooms are downstairs and the main room is upstairs which was nice. Oh and the property was perfectly heated! After staying at a hotel that was either freezing cold or boiling hot, it was nice to be in a place that was comfortable all day and night.
