Clean Comfortable Convenient

Close to beach, restaurants, and shopping. Kitchen and bathrooms were recently updated. Bed was comfortable and neighborhood was quiet - great night's sleep to prepare for busy days. Fenced in yard was great for the dog.

Winter getaway

Our stay was wonderful. It was such a beautiful and comfortable house with lots of amenities. Tanya was there to greet us and was so welcoming. We were so relaxed and it was a perfect spot for us to be able to visit friends.

Unique!

Awesome property inside and out. Unique and well thought out especially the private backyard. Great for children and pets. Exceptionally clean and cared for. Wonderful owner and very responsive to your needs, if any. We would absolutely return!

Relaxing Getwawy

Our host was absolutely amazing. The check-in process was smooth and we were welcomed with a lovely treat and a bounty of snacks. Cool Beach House is an appropriate name for the vibe of the home. The beach is just a short ride away. Pro tip: Valet at LaPlaya resort, enjoy a lunch, cocktails, and walk the beach. It's cheaper and a great experience. This home is in nearly new condition and absolutely stunning. If you don't need a pool this is the best listing in North Naples.

Misleading

Booked a week stay for my pregnant wife and 2 year old daughter. TJ did not disclose that there was major construction on the street the property is on - complete tearing up of the road and laying down new asphalt with loud, heavy equipment running all day. My wife was greatly concerned about the exposure risk from the fumes and dust and its impact on our unborn child, and our daughter couldn't nap with all the noise. We tried to stick it out but ended up having to book another rental to escape the chaos. When my wife called TJ, she promised a full refund for the nights we didn't stay there. However, TJ never approved the refund with VRBO and stopped returning our calls. Extremely misleading, do not stay here.

Alas, the weather and street construction are two things we can't control. Construction on our street is almost complete. Any safety concerns should be directed to the city.
