tout s est bien passé. la maison est très confortable sauf pour la douche au premier étage å côté de la chambre des parents.pour la prendre ilfaut entrer dans une baignoire reparée par une tente. l eau sort facilement .chaque fois un lac qu il faut sécher!

We are a French-german family and lived in the house before all year round. Now it is our own holiday house and it can be also yours.

Why they chose this property

Located in a very quiet residential area and at the same time very close to the motorway entrance. No noise from the motorway because the house is situated on the other side of the hill. But quick access to the beaches of St Cyr sur Mer, Bandol, Sanary sur Mer, Cassis, La Ciotat. And by foot you can reach the bakery , butcher, restaurant, crêperie , café, doctor, shop, antiquities, etc in 5 minutes.

What makes this property unique

very clean, quiet, comfortable house in the middle of a huge garden with lots of trees.
you can park the cars inside the property.
no neighbours that can look inside the garden.
Setted in the most beautiful area of the Côte d'Azur - the Provence-Côte d'azur. Wonderful landscape and close to the sea !
