Besonderes Haus im Ortskern von Le Gran-Village-Plage

Sehr schönes und besonders geschnittenes Häuschen im alten Ortskern von Le Grand-Village-Plage. Hohe, offene Decke mit zwei getrennten Schlafzimmern, die aber zur Mitte des Hauses offen sind und über zwei getrennte Treppen erreichbar sind. Für Kinder, die schon laufen und Treppensteigen können ein Traum, zumal das Haus voller Spielzeug und Kinderbücher/Comics ist. Das Haus liegt, leider ohne einen eigenen Garten, in einem ruhigen Teil des Ortes mit vielen alten Häuschen und kleinen Gassen. Zum nächsten Strand sind es mit Fahrrad, welches man sich unbedingt für diese Insel mieten sollte, ungefähr 10 Minuten (mit Kleinkind auf eigenem Fahrrad). Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet, gestört hat leider das immer noch defekte Tiefkühlfach (siehe anderen Kommentare/Bewertung). D.h. kein Eis oder ähnliches. Ansonsten netter (Mail)Kontakt mit Vermietern. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

Pont de l’ascension

Logement très bien situé, dans une petite ruelle très calme. Bcp de place et de volume, très bien équipe et situé à proximité des commerces, petit marché avec producteurs locaux (huîtres…). On peut tout faire à pied ou à vélo. 2 loueurs de vélo à côté et piste cyclables pour rayonner sur l’île.

Maisonnette charmante

Très agréable et calme. Chaleureuse avec son poêle à bois. Proche de toutes balades, sous les pins ou le long de la mer, villages, petits ports… Nous reviendrons sûrement !

Häuschen mit Atmosphäre

Das wunderbar gelegene Ferienhaus hat eine unglaubliche Atmosphäre und einen ganz eigenen Charme. Es ist liebevoll restauriert und individuell ausgestattet, es ist gemütlich, licht und luftig. Die Nachbarn sind freundlich, der Bäcker ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt und der großartige Strand ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! - Wer dieses Haus bucht, muss sich aber bewusst sein, dass die ganze Familie bzw. alle Gäste letztlich in einem einzigen großen Raum schlafen, da alles offen gestaltet ist. Parken muss man ein paar Schritte vom Haus entfernt, die Nachbarn haben uns die Plätze gegenüber der kleinen Kirche empfohlen. Vorsicht bei der Anfahrt: Unser Navi hat uns in die Gasse geleitet, was bei einem Van wie unserem keine gute Idee war!

Hübsches kleines Häuschen

Plus: Ein hübsches kleines Häuschen, maritim dekoriert und sehr ruhige Gegend, zentral, Parkplätze in der direkten Umgebung, Vermieter antworten sofort Kleine Minus (aber nicht wirklich wichtig): Kühlschrank (Eisfach) war leider kaputt und wurde leider nicht repariert, Grill/Barbecue nicht mehr vorhanden, Küchenausstattung könnte besser sein, kein WLAN (steht auch nicht in der Beschreibung, hat uns trotzdem überrascht), beide Schlafräume offen Fazit: gerne wieder!

Maisonnette charmante avec un poêle à bois bien appréciable en hiver...

Ambiance chaleureuse dans la maison de Thomas et Mathilde ! Située au cœur de belles randonnées le long de l’océan en traversant des marais ou des forêts aux essences variées. On voit des mimosas partout qui fleurissent en février. Et en rentrant après de longues randonnées, le bonheur d’une flambée dans le poêle à bois en lisant un bon bouquin et en écoutant la mer au loin...

Maison de vacances parfaite . Mais il faut préciser que les mezzanines ne sont pas adaptés pour les personnes âgées car les escaliers sont très raides. Sinon emplacement parfait.

Échanges rapides et cordiaux par mail avec Mathilde disponible pour toute information et qui nous a accueillie avec le sourire et quelques infos touristiques. Maison conforme aux photos et à la description. Ruelle calme,charmante,typique de l’île d‘Oléron avec ses roses trémières. Chaleureuse et accueillante comme une maison d’amis avec à disposition livres ,bandes dessinées,DVD magazines et tous les petits agréments qui facilitent la vie en vacances (sel ,poivre ,huile vinaigre ,lessive ,savon ,produit vaisselle et lave vaisselle etc...) Lits confortables,assez de chaises et de canapés pour six personnes. À proximité : tout Pain, maison de la presse ,petit supermarché, location de vélos ,pharmacie et tout peut se faire à pied. Plage très étendue accessible à pied tranquillement. Beaucoup de pistes cyclables pour avoir à portée de pédale les points forts de l’ile. À recommander vivement

A great time in a flavourful house in October

First of all we would like to thank Mathilde, Thomas and Corinne for the great contact. Every message was answered very fast and friendly. Also we could arrange very flexible arrival and departure times, thank you for that! The house has an interesting flavour and was renovated nicely. We enjoyed our time in Oleron. We will definetely come again, 100% Recommendation from our side.

un petit havre idéal pour rechargé les batteries

La maison est telle que décrite voire mieux car la disposition n'est pas forcément visible sur les photos. Nous étions six dont 4 ados et franchement la localisation est juste fabuleuse autant pour l'accès à la plage que pour les départs d'excursions sur l'ile. Mathilde et Thomas ont été très réactifs pour répondre à mes questions et très ouverts face à mes imprévus. Nous reviendrons c'est sur!!! Seul bémol c'est la première fois qu'à l'issue d'un séjour on me dit que je dois repartir avec mes poubelles…. peut être est ce du à l'insularité du lieu mais dans ce cas il faudrait le stipuler à l'arrivée. En tout cas merci et à bientôt

Nous vous remercions chaleureusement pour vos commentaires. Nous sommes ravis que la maison et la situation vous ait plu. Si vous revenez, voici une information sur le ramassage des ordures: d’avril à Septembre, les containers des ordures ménagères situés devant la maison sont ramassés le mardi et le vendredi matin au bout de la venelle. La collectivité a mis en place une politique ambitieuse de prévention et réduction des déchets, au travers du programme Oléron Zéro Déchet. Hormis ces journées de collecte, des containers collectifs sont disposés dans l’ile. À bientôt! Mathilde
