This home features 4 beds, 3.5 baths and a ground level bonus room The whole townhouse has very tasteful decor. Off-street parking for three cars and garage use. As you enter, there is the bonus room with sofa, TV, and a full bed. Excellent for kids and acts as a second living room! As you go up the stairs, the first floor features 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The first room features a queen with private deck and bathroom. The second bedroom features a pyramid bunk bed (twin over a full), The final bedroom on this floor has a queen bed. There is also a half bath and utility closet with washer/dryer on this level. The top floor features the lovely and spacious great room with views of the ocean throughout. Enjoy dinner or a nice cocktail on the spacious deck. There is also a half bath off of the updated kitchen and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The final bedroom on this floor has a king bed and private bath.
