Aloha and welcome to the Big Island of Hawaii. Our recently remodeled home is steps away from Shopping, Dining, Entertainment, and World Famous A’ Bay Beach- great for swimming and snorkeling. Covered parking is included. Great for all types of visitors including couples, groups, families with kids, everyone is welcome! On-site grills available for guests for your Island BBQ.

Our home is located on 1st Floor (no need to lug suitcases up stairs or elevators) with easy access keyless entry (enter with code). Included in your stay is access to on premise Infinity Pool and Gym. Dedicated covered parking steps away from home included. Nest Thermostat easily controls the Central Air Conditioning-- with additional ceiling fans throughout to keep things cool . Check-in and check-out done remotely and can be done with great flexibility.

There are 2 televisions (living room and master bedroom). Living room TV is connected to Cable connection as well as AppleTV- which will give you access to over 150 pre loaded complimentary movies.

You will have access to entire Condo.

Absolutely the best.

If you haven't stayed here, you should. Easy access to and from condo. Parking space right by condo. Inside is super nice, nothing is missing from what we needed. Absolutly wonderful. We will be staying here again.

Family Kona stay

Great location for our daily trips to surrounding beaches. Very clean, quiet and well equipped unit. Comfortable beds and roomy bathrooms. Plenty of room for family of 5, with great view from the lani. Several trips to the infinity pool and a few dips in the hot tub at the end of the day. Shopping close by with numerous restaurants to choose an evening meal. Quick response from property manager on enquiries. We very much enjoyed the accommodations and would highly recommend. Thanks for a great stay on the Big Island.

Beautiful Getaway

We enjoyed staying at the condo and at the Waikaloa Fairways property. We were at the property for 2 weeks in March 2024 spending time with our 2 daughters and family who stayed in other condos on the property. Our condo was situated conveniently close to barbeque and pool. Was very clean and stalked with all we needed for our stay. We parked under cover and close to the condo.Carlos was very easy to deal with and answered any questions promptly.Thank you for the simple check in and help with questions.Would definitely stay here again.

Very thoughtful host and perfect vacation spot

Carlos is an awesome host who is very thoughtful with his vacation rental! The condo is very clean, tastefully designed, fully equipped kitchen w lots extras such as snorkel gears and air filters and not to mention hundreds of movies available. We enjoyed our time on the big island and this condo was a perfect place to come back to rest.

Thank you for a great place to stay. We loved all the beach gear, so helpful. The place was clean, well stocked with kitchen supplies and tv. One suggestion would be cozier towels. The check in and check out was easy also. Nice and smooth. Location was excellent for easy access all over the island and a close enough beach to walk too. Thank you again for letting us stay.

The perfect condo in Waikoloa

This condo was the perfect place to stay. It is located perfectly a short walk from shops, restaurants and shave ice. We could also walk to the beach near lava lava beach club where we had drinks and pupus twice. The pool and hot tub were very nice and never very crowded. We had a pretty view of the golf course with the pretty sunset sky in the background. The kitchen was well stocked and there are beach chairs, sand toys and a cooler for your use. We had a great stay and would definitely like to rent again!

Holiday staycation

Casa Chilin was the perfect Xmas getaway for a family from Hilo who wanted a respite from rainy Hilo. It was quiet, comfortable and close to two shopping areas. We enjoyed our walk to the petroglyph fields and around the golf course.

First visit to the Big Island

We are a family of three and this was our first visit to the Big Island. This property was perfect for us. We enjoyed morning coffee outside watching the golfers enjoying the morning sun. This property is walking distance to shopping, bike rentals, movie theatre, Starbucks. The unit is perfectly located on the island for all day trips, cycling loops, and fully stocked for everyday living and beach days. I highly recommend this unit and will be back for sure!
