About this property

New house with a large very bright living room opening onto a wooden terrace around the house. Fully equipped American kitchen with central island. 2 beautiful bedrooms with double bed and integrated cupboard, 1 of which overlooks the terrace. A bathroom with bath, 2 basins and 1 walk-in shower. A cellar with a washing machine, a dryer and a freezer. The house also has a garage for storing bikes if necessary. You will be 15 minutes from La Rochelle and 20 minutes from the Ile de Ré bridge. The town has a grocery store open every day and Sunday morning as well as a supermarket 5 minutes away.

Merci a Marie Claire pour sa gentillesse , tout était parfait. Même si le soleil nous a un peu délaissé ce qui ne nous a pas permis de profiter de ce super extérieur comme on l aurait voulu, la maison est très confortable et très bien situé. C est très calme. Dommage que nous devions partir!

Vacances reposantes en Charente Maritine

La maison de Marie Claire est située dans un lotissement récent et calme, sans bruit intempestif (notamment pas d'aboiements), sans vis-à-vis avec un petit jardin orienté au sud avec une petite piscine appréciable pour se rafraichir. La maison est très spacieuse, très lumineuse, très propre et super bien équipée . Elle est située à 1/4h de La Rochelle par voie rapide, 20min de l'île de Ré et 1h de l'île d'Oléron . Le marais Poitevin est également tout proche .

Location agréable

Très agréable location avec la piscine. Seul point noir bruyant la nuit entre les éboueurs à 5h du matin et personnes discutant sous la fenêtre de la chambre trop près de la rue.

Parfait !

Jolie maison décorée avec goût et parfaitement équipée! On s'y sent comme à la maison ! Nous y sommes restés une dizaine de jours avec notre bébé d'1 an et n'avons manqué de rien, tout était parfait! Merci beaucoup Marie-Claire pour cet accueil et pour la chaise haute de dernière minute! ;) Ce séjour était notre premier séjour avec Abritel et ne sera très certainement pas le dernier! PS: Le jardin avec la piscine privée est vraiment un plus!
