Welcome to C105 — a spacious, corner, ground-floor 4-bedroom condo overlooking pristine white-sand beaches and emerald waters. Step directly from the unit onto the beautifully maintained private beach and enjoy the convenience of true walk-out access to the Gulf of America.

Relax on the newly updated patio furniture while taking in sweeping ocean views and the peaceful greenbelt just beyond. The grassy area is ideal for children to play while you unwind and enjoy the coastal setting.

Inside, the open living area features a 65" Smart TV, high-speed internet, and comfortable seating — perfect for relaxing or a working vacation. Each bedroom is equipped with a new Smart TV for added comfort and convenience.

The fully equipped kitchen offers dining for ten and features top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, along with everything you need for effortless meals and entertaining, including a Keurig, drip coffee maker, blender, crockpot, and wine openers.

Additional highlights include:

New washer and dryer (2022) in the updated laundry room

All bedrooms feature high thread-count sheets and quilts, freshly laundered between stays. Updates include new paint, Cali Bamboo flooring, and a recently remodeled kitchen.

Guests enjoy Adagio’s on-site amenities, including an 8,000-square-foot pool with fountains, a heated gulf-front pool, and a hot tub.

Beautiful corner unit!

We were nervous about staying in a condo with 3 families as opposed to a house, but this unit did not disappoint! We loved having the grass area for the kids to get their energy out without having to go up/down an elevator. The view of the Gulf was so beautiful, I could sit on that patio all day! Easy access to the beach and we loved having multiple pools to choose from and none of them ever felt crowded. We enjoyed our vacation so much, we booked this unit again for next year!

Beautiful home - bad location

Spent spring break with my family of five and my parents. The condo is very spacious and beautifully decorated and clean. It does, however, sit on a hill (as seen in the photos), so in order to get to the beach you must walk down a long, steep set of stairs. This is not ideal for older people or those with families and beach gear. I would not recommend this property for that reason alone.

Amazing family vacation!

We had the absolute best time at Blue Mountain Beach! Leading up the the trip, Sharon was incredibly responsive to any questions. Beautiful unit, my favorite from what I can tell at Adagio with the best sunset views. We loved having the very safe greenspace for our active toddlers to run around. Beds and all furniture were wonderfully comfortable and the unit was stocked with all the kitchen things you would need and more. Loved the ice maker. The on site management was great - told us the unit was available early and maintenance came quickly when a small plumbing issue from another unit affected us minorly. The beach was perfection and we loved the late afternoon tide pools. We’ve stayed in Seacrest and Watersound before and now prefer Blue Mountain the most! Unforgettable family vacation, thank you Sharon!

First the good: First floor gulf view very convenient with young children, condo is spacious, green space in front of patio Now the frustrating: Green space is green for young children but we could not use due to older boys playing great games of football and using language not appropriate for our family Not enough patio seating for a condo that is listed as sleeping 10 (we only had 8) then on last day a new lounger arrived Mr Coffee only works 50% of time and needs replacing. Keurig pods don’t work for family of coffee drinkers. Be ready to hear the occupants above you which were children running throughout the day and evening. Housekeeping showed up at 7:30am on our last day and stood outside our condo watching us pack up and load, with their supplies blocking our path. Asked if we were leaving as soon as we shut the door at 8:15. Overall: we rented two condos for the week at Adagio- the other more updated and better set up. nice area and complex but will select another condo next time.

The rental that we stayed in was amazing! It was clean, and very spacious for 6 adults and 3 children. The communication was great with the manager about the check in, check out, etc. I will be staying there again in the future.

Picture Perfect!

Picture Perfect Week It was another picture-perfect week at the beach! The weather and water were fantastic. Dolphins were spotted and the absence of jellyfish noted. The corner location of this condo is our favorite at Adagio for fantastic views and convenience to beach and pools. A beautiful backdrop for family photos! We have stayed at many locations across 30A and this was hands down everyone’s favorite. The views from this corner unit were amazing! The beach was so easy to get to as well as the pools. The grassy section outside of this grand floor unit was great for little kids to play. Highly recommend!

Great property with excellent beach fron location.

This is a high end condo with ground level beach access out the sliding glass doors. Being a west end unit meant unobstructed views of sunsets and the ocean. Well furnished, except that there was very little in the way of bathroom and kitchen supplies, which I assume is due to Covid guidelines. Be prepared to buy more TP, soap, dishwashing detergent, etc. shortly after arrival. Otherwise, the place was perfect for my family's visit. Will come back again!

Paradise!

This was by far our favorite condo we’ve ever stayed at on 30A. The owner was incredibly helpful with questions and recommendations. We loved that this condo is located on the ground floor and you still have ocean views. The kids loved having the lawn area out front. Great kitchen, very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!
