Spacious and comfortable, this beautiful villa is located on the seafront in the heart of the famous Costa Las Ballenas Residences in Las Terrenas. On one of the most beautiful beaches of the island, Playa Bonita Casa Ana is a magnificent villa of about 350 square meters, ideal for 8 people (9 max). The villa has four bedrooms (each with its own bathroom and toilet), a large living room, a mezzanine and a fully equipped kitchen, two large terraces overlooking the pool for a sea view for the other ! The typical village of Las Terrenas is a ten minute drive with a multitude of restaurants, pubs and lively nightlife.

Fab Property Perfect Location

The house is gorgeous and the setting spectacular. It is near restaurants and bars right in the beach path. Rooms were comfy. But the beds are Full not Queen. The only Queen/King bed is in the master suit. The kitchen is not as updated as it should. It could use some love. The staff is amazing. Always there to help. The area has different outings and adventures. We loved it!! Thank you Teresa and Lola. We loved Casa Ana!!
