Multiple Stays, Multiply Satisfied!

My 5th or 6th stay at this property (I've lost count...). Works perfectly for me and my spouse if she accompanies me. Functional kitchen, large private lot with a covered patio and a gas grill to minimize indoor cooking messes. Thanks Eric for being such a great host!

Sweet minimalist cottage in quiet, convenient neighborhood. Clean, cozy home with lovely kitchen and lots of windows. Will stay here again when we return to Lawrence.

Truly a home away from home!

Fourth stay at this property and am always pleased by the location, cleanliness and responsiveness of the host if there are any issues. Will continue to stay here when I visit friends/ family for an extended visit.

Cute Cottage

This is a cute and quaint cottage with everything you need for your stay. It was a bit cold inside so we bought a space heater to warm it up. All in all, a great value and nice space!

Great Thanksgiving in Lawrence

I chose a VRBO property over a hotel so I’d have a full kitchen to help cook the family dinner. The kitchen had all the equipment and dishes I needed to prepare the food I was bringing and made it so nice to have extra oven and refrigerator for shared food. Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful home.

Charming!

We returned to this charming cottage because it is so close to family and friends! But it's a great location for activities and shopping, too. Eric is a great host who makes sure everything is just right for your stay. Highly recommend!

Great little cottage!

Great little cottage! Cozy, well-equipped with all the essentials, great location, neighborhood felt super safe and was convenient to shopping (Merc Food Co-op was just down the street and became a favorite!), neighbors were friendly. AC worked great, which was good because it was very warm the week I was there. Eric was a very responsive host. Great stay overall!

Perfect Trip!

I took my 5 yr old daughter and we were there for the long weekend to watch my niece who plays soccer at the University of Kansas. Super convenient with parks and grocery stores nearby. We spent our days at local playgrounds and parks and would come home for naps and dinner. Will definitely be returning in the future!

Quaint cottage close to KU

This cottage is clean and well furnished. Just a short drive to KU, which served us well as we moved our son into the dorm. We had a difficult time with the hot water, which wasn’t necessarily “on demand” Overall, it was an enjoyable stay.

Last minute stay - wonderful

I had to extend my stay in Lawrence and wanted to get out of the hotel. At the last minute, I was lucky enough to snag this super, cute cottage for the week. It was exactly what I needed. The location is perfect. The cottage has everything you could need . . The best part is the covered patio! Eric, the property manager, was super helpful. I can’t wait to stay there again.
