Easy access from dock to the ocean or bay for fishing, snorkeling, sightseeing, or just floating. There are several restaurants and parks that you can visit by boat. We can assist with arrangements for a boat rental or other activities.

There is a par 3 golf course, tennis courts and park areas within walking distance.

Beaches, hammocks, trails and bridges all provide unique settings for walking and being with nature.

Charming and beautiful neighborhood

The location is great. Quiet and beautiful surroundings. This duplex is very dated. Old furniture, furnishings and appliances. This unit was adequate but not anything more. With some TLC and updating it would be a fantastic place.

Great place to stay on Key Colony!

My boyfriend and our two dogs loved staying here for a week’s vacation in April. Phyllis made the check in and check out process easy. The home was very clean and had plenty of space for us which made for a very comfortable stay. We even saw a manatee in the canal out back!

Family Week in the Keys

We stayed here with our three teenage daughters. The bedrooms were great and the house was the perfect amount of space for us. We enjoyed sitting outside by the canal and the sunset celebrations at Sunset Park, just down the road. We spent most of our days in Islamorada and Key West. The location worked well for us. Thanks for a great week!

Perfect Vacation Spot

This house is in the perfect location! Less than a 5-minute walk away, there is a beach to watch the sunset. The neighborhood streets are beautiful and perfect for morning walks. The house is extremely clean! The backyard has amazing views. There is a grill and plenty of outdoor furniture. Phyllis was amazing! She was so quick to get back to us whenever we had a question. She even called us ahead of time to let us know about the area and the house! Would definitely stay here again!
