Set up on the fourth floor with a front-facing view of the adjacent waterway, this comfortable condo is an excellent option for that next romantic escape to the Keys! This property is less than a mile from groceries, shops, and restaurants.
Inside this condo, you'll find a well-equipped, full kitchen, a four-seater dining table for mealtimes or rainy day board games, and a living area with a double sofa bed and a TV. If you want to relax outdoors, step out onto your private, furnished balcony - a perfect spot for closing out your day and catching the sunset. This home is air-conditioned throughout, with a wall AC in the living room and another in the bedroom.
Guests will also have access to on-site laundry facilities.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 4.
Dock details: The Dock is part of Skipjack Resort and Marina. There is a fee to dock boats. Please call the marina directly to inquire and make reservations. Their phone # (305) 600-4281 - There are other options on the island that are also available.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

It was convenient to everything centrally located in Marathon Publix around the corner place to park your boat. Short trip to the Gulf of the Atlantic side. It was very quiet

Great couples getaway
This was a great spot for a couples getaway. It was located perfectly in the keys. Not to far from key west and islamorada and right down the street from Sombaro Beach. Plenty of activities and restaurants nearby.
We saw manatees in the inlet, swam the pool morning and evening, and drove just a few minutes to Sombrero beach. We liked the attached Greek restaurant and boaters bar down the dock a bit.

Nice resort
I loved that the pool was just steps away from the room. Everything we planned was within a few miles of the room.
While there were clean linens on the one bed. There were no linens or pillows for the pullout sofa. The room description stated it sleeps up to 4, if 2 people are willing to sleep on a bare bones mattress without pillows, linens, or blankets.

Perfect location
Location was great n amenities were convenient. Only issues were ants in the kitchen, bed was very uncomfortable, air conditioners were loud, n the shower was dark due to bad lighting. Clean n safe n if mattress was replaced would consider staying here again.
The back section of the property was under construction repair. The elevator was out of order. Had to use the stairs which we didn't mind but if we were older it could have been a problem considering we were on the top floor (4th). Our unit was nice.
Very clean little place! We enjoyed the music from the bar next door on the balcony at night. Kitchen had everything we needed. Bed was pretty squeaky but they adressed that promptly. Very satisfied.
I rented this condo for 4 nights. This stay wasn’t the best. It wasn’t the worst either.
The condo is a privately owned unit in the Skipjack Resort and Marina. It was easy to find and the parking is ample. The communication leading up to the check in was great. When we arrived we found it clean and nicely appointed. Guests can use the Skipjack resort facilities, so access to the pool was perfect. They also have a restaurant with a limited menu and a tiki bar by the pool on site.
When we arrived we discovered the air conditioning in the bedroom wasn’t working. I was offered a “temporary” solution for that night which I ended up being the only AC solution we got. The bedroom would not cool down, which made sleeping impossible. We also discovered the toilet didn’t flush properly. I brought this to the attention of the property manager and was told this was a know problem.
The property manager did process a refund for the AC issue, which I appreciate. We ended up checking out a night early. I was told a refund would be issued for that unused night, but I haven’t seen that go through.
If I knew then what I know now, I would have booked directly with the Skipjack Resort and skipped this privately owned condo.
