Enjoy private beach access, pool, hot tub, poolside bar and lounge, full bar, snack bar, restaurant, and beach shop. Plus, Sunset Beach is less than a mile away.

Showcasing modern coastal decor, the home comes equipped for carefree Conch living with upgraded features and appliances. Enjoy casual downtime in the living room with shows and movies on the smart TV, or head down to the rec room to shoot a few rounds of pool. The full kitchen is equipped with a suite of stainless steel appliances for easy handling of home cooking, plus a dishwasher for stress-free cleanup. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. There are smart TVs in every bedroom, the living room, and the rec room. The garage-level rec area features an additional lounge area, a pool table, and a second refrigerator for easy indoor/outdoor living.

Each spacious bedroom has a private balcony with water views and an en suite bathroom.

THINGS TO KNOW

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
