Well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher!
Master suite offers a King size bed, walk-in closet and en suite bathroom. The guest bedroom offers bunk beds with a twin over full bed and a full trundle bed. The second guest bedroom offers a queen bed and en suite bathroom. The spacious living area offers plenty of seating with a sectional, Queen sleeper sofa and a love seat! Large flat screen TVs in the living area and WIFI throughout.
Walk right outside to your canal front patio with dining set with umbrella, propane gas grill, fire pit, and fabulous views.
37 feet of deep water dockage on a wide canal with a wood step down, fish cleaning table, water, lights, and electric. Bait freezer included! 3 kayaks included!

Great place to stay!

Our family spent a relaxing week here for spring break. The location is great! We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood to Sunset park and the Cabana Club. Happy Hour at Key Colony Inn was great too! Very clean unit that had lots of little extras provided that were nice to have. Amenities were great. We enjoyed using the kayaks. We would definitely go back.

Loved the layout - very clean!

We really liked the house – layout was GREAT for the two families. House was very clean and ready to use for a weeks stay. The kayak’s and closet with extra items were great. The patio furniture had seen lots of sun and weather with rips and tears in the fabric. I did not like how you had the travel to a different location to pick up the keys for the house. No reason not to have a code to enter the house instead of having a physical key. Also, the directions for the house were contradicting. Some instructions said what to do with the house/trash and other instructions said differently – very confusing. Overall, very much like the property and it was a wonderful week. Thank you.

Missing Paddles

The property itself was very nice. The issue we had were Kayaks as promised but unable to use because the paddles were missing. The property manager tried to remedy the problem but the property owner was not able to get us the proper number and type of paddles needed to be able to use the Kayaks. It was frustrating and disappointing because that was one of the reasons we chose this property. The direction about trash were unclear because it gave two different directions on the packet and the paperwork inside the packet gave conflicting instructions. Overall it was a nice property. We felt that our property manager was not supported well by the owner. The propane tanks were left empty. So we had to fill them before we could even use the grill. Again just a few frustrating things that could be resolved for the next guests. It’s a nice house on the canal roomy and comfortable for 5 adults
