This recently renovated half duplex in Key Colony Beach is a cozy space in paradise. It is a short walk from multiple restaurants, bars, waterfront parks, and the Cabana Club.
The open concept has two bedrooms; the Master bedroom has a king-size bed and an attached jack-n-jill full bathroom. The second guest bedroom has a queen-size bed with a warm coastal feel, and the attached jack-n-jill bathroom is accessible from both bedrooms. There is also a half bath off the living area. This home features a gorgeous kitchen with stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter space, a wine rack, and a breakfast bar with seating for 2. There is a dining table with seating for six, and it is close to the kitchen where everyone can enjoy eating meals together or prepare meals while entertaining guests. The spacious living area has a sleeper sofa with a full-size bed and a conveniently located half bathroom.
Behind the house is a Tiki Hut with a dining patio set featuring gorgeous canal views. This area is excellent for enjoying a meal cooked with the outdoor grill and drinks while taking in your water view in paradise. This duplex also offers 30' of dockage.
Relaxation and a good time is a "Shore Thing" at this Vacation Rental in the Florida Keys! The owners of Shore Thing are local and keep their property in tip-top shape—super clean and tidy.
Please note that if you plan to travel with a boat, we can only guarantee that one boat will be able to fit at the dock. Please be sure you are familiar with the dock size and do not assume more than one watercraft can be secured at the property during your stay. Also, although this home is considered “Pet friendly,” you must select this option when booking your reservation if you choose to have a pet occupy the house. You will be required to pay a one-time $150 non-refundable pet fee. Failure to follow these guidelines will result in a forfeiture of your security deposit.
