The White House is a completely renovated, elegant and welcoming apartment on the ground floor of an ancient building located in the historic center of Florence in the Santo Spirito district. Strategic position to reach on foot the points of greatest historical interest (Piazza Santo Spirito-Ponte Vecchio- Uffizi-Palazzo Pitti).

The apartment is located in the ZTL (limited traffic area)
At 50 meters from the apartment there is the GARAGE FOSI
which allows access in the ZTL area the daily cost varies depending on the type of car, from a minimum of EUR 24.00 to a maximum of EUR 34.00 per SUV, requires reservation.

Fantastic Stay in Florence

Silvia's apartment was just about perfect! We were a few blocks from the really busy areas of Oltrarno -- far enough away to avoid the noise and the crowds, but close enough to easily walk to all of the sites of the city. The apartment is just a few blocks from Pitti Palace and the S. Spirito Square, with a great daily market and several cafes and restaurants that felt like a mix of local and tourist. Silvia was very communicative, gave us a full rundown of things to do in the city, and even let us check in early because the timing worked out for both of us. The apartment was clean, the AC worked great, and the bed was comfortable. 5 stars all around!

Hidden on a non-descript street south of the river, we were initially leery BUT it turned out to be great. Neat apartment design with loft bedroom. Plenty of security although we didn't feel as if it was necessary. Short distance to plenty of food/drink as well as the Pitti Palace and Boboli Gardens. No problem for reasonably good shape late 50's folks to walk to downtown and all main attractions. Sylvia was very helpful with check in and marking up a local map to indicate the usual highlights as well as some lesser known destinations that were well worth visiting.

Sehr schöne und ruhige Ferienwohnung in der Altstadt

In einer phantastischen Lage findet man diese Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung ist für den Urlaub sehr gut ausgestattet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten aller Art sind im näheren Umfeld vorhanden. Die Wege zu den berühmten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind auch nur kurz. Vielen Dank für einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Wir werden wiederkommen.

Highly recommend

We stayed here for a night prior to flying back to the States. The manager was quick to respond to messages and we were able to check in far earlier than we could have otherwise, which was so helpful after a long day of travel. Conveniently across the river from all of the big sights, providing a quiet repose with convenience. We would stay here again - perfect for a family of 3!
