The lower level features a wet bar, full-size exercise room, art studio and state of the art home theatre. The theatre fits up to 9 people

The grounds showcase an outside patio with professionally landscaped yard, offering privacy and relaxation.

This house is perfect for families reunions and gatherings and is just 7 miles away from downtown Boston.

Beautiful and unique home!

Premier Annual Family Vacation

Great location outside of central Boston but centrally located to visit all the important historical sites in New England. Expect to see many of the owners personal items in the house. The owner/Manager was very responsive to our request for assistance to minor rain storm damage. We would return to this house in the future.
