Stayed at 2 places in the ESJ Towers during our trip and this was by far the best apartment. Clean, wonderful AC, hot showers and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Coffee shop downstairs, steps from the beach, close to restaurants and tour guide from Puerto Rican like a Local was able to pick us up at the hotel. Perfect stay.

We had a great time! It was clean with a fantastic view. The beach was only a few steps away. Will definitely go back. Felt very safe with all the security on site. The only con would be the wifi, it worked the first day but we couldn't connect the other 2 days. We chose not to try to fix it, we were given instructions on who to contact to fix it but didn't feel the need to worry about it since we were there for the experience not tv or our phone. Definitely would recommend staying here.

We had a memorable stay at this location. It was in the perfect spot for getting around the city. And plenty of great food to choose from in walking distance. Our location had all the amenities readily available that we needed for our trip. And the beds were comfortable as well.
On the apartment beach with a beautiful view.

It was absolutely perfect for me and my 14yo daughter. The beds are very comfortable and big, I believe both are queen size. The balcony is a very special view. Early morning is nice and afternoon starting around 2ish is very comfortable sitting out there and the evenings are spectacular with the breeze and the city lights. The beach access is so nice. Step thur the gates and your touching sand. This is our 4th time visiting the island so the water is not new to us but if it's your 1st, you'll love the warm waters. Please try the mofongo and rice and beans . You will love the culture. I will be retiring here in 4 years, so I love it . The host was so quick to respond. Looking forward to returning here next summer.

Kitchen was sufficient, but would be helpful to have dish soap available. Linens smelled & looked fresh & clean. Beds were comfortable. The beach access was very nice & close. View from balcony is nice. Apartment is very dated, but clean & comfortable. Host communication was good.

Very thoughtful host, fully equipped kitchen, and even had ice in the fridge, along with a cooler and beach chairs to take to the beach. A covered parking spot in the parking garage is included. You just walk out the building right onto the beach past the gate. Great location close to many restaurants bars, car rental places grocery stores.
