About this property

Spectacular Beach View Next to Fairmont El San Juan

Our apartment at ESJ Towers is located at a beachfront condo-hotel in Isla Verde Beach, a very popular touristic area of Puerto Rico. The beach is right on the back of the Condo Hotel. The swimming pool is still closed for repairs. We do not have the exact date of the reopening.
We have a prime location next to Fairmont El San Juan, walk to the casino, bars, restaurants, night live, music and close to car rentals, fast-food places, supermarket.
Of course the best beach in the north side of the Island Isla Verde Beach.

Also, this ocean view apartment has a comfortable kitchen, a spacious bathroom, balcony, air conditioning, 50" smart TV, high speed internet, gym, game room and more.
We are registered with Puerto Rico's Tourism Company.

Stayed at 2 places in the ESJ Towers during our trip and this was by far the best apartment. Clean, wonderful AC, hot showers and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Coffee shop downstairs, steps from the beach, close to restaurants and tour guide from Puerto Rican like a Local was able to pick us up at the hotel. Perfect stay.

We had a memorable stay at this location. It was in the perfect spot for getting around the city. And plenty of great food to choose from in walking distance. Our location had all the amenities readily available that we needed for our trip. And the beds were comfortable as well.

Very thoughtful host, fully equipped kitchen, and even had ice in the fridge, along with a cooler and beach chairs to take to the beach. A covered parking spot in the parking garage is included. You just walk out the building right onto the beach past the gate. Great location close to many restaurants bars, car rental places grocery stores.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely studio apartment. The apartment was well equipped with anything you would need. The beds were very comfortable and the view was great. We loved sitting out on our balcony every morning and watching the sun rise. My husband loved watching the airplanes land and take off from the airport. A great beach is just outside the back door of the building. It is within easy walking to restaurants. We rented a car at Enterprise and it was just an easy 5 minute walk to pick up the car. I would definitely stay here again.
