Head out early in the morning, walk to the beach before the crowd or walk through the vibrant streets of Condado, day and night. Have a glass of wine while enjoying the sunset from the breathtaking balcony view. Walking distance from hotels, restaurants, shops, beaches, night life and more.

The space
Enjoy this romantic studio with one of the best locations in Condado, San Juan. Suitable up to 3 guest, but we recommend for 2. If you have a kid or a friend with you, you will have a twin folding bed with a memory foam mattress. Inside the studio everything is just a few steps away. Small but fully equipped kitchen (no oven), full bathroom, closet, TV, dining area with bar stools and the master piece of this studio..... the balcony with breathtaking views. Fully renovated.

This condo has some short term rentals, but the majority are long term. Please take this in consideration. We have quiet hours per our HOA, 10pm to 7am (fines can apply). Also be kind inside the elevator and the hallways.

We are one of the few places with parking, but is not assigned. First come, first serve basis. They are not big, please park your vehicle inside the lines. Park only on 1st floor, no underground parking.

Only condo with direct and private access to the lagoon and the beach just crossing the street. Prime location, right on Condado Hotel Strip.

Beach Playita del Condado - 1 minute walk (crossing the street)

Guest access
We can not have a lockbox outside per HOA. When you arrive, you need to park outside or have your partner to get inside first to pickup the keys inside the studio. Use the intercom to get access to the building. Iron gate and glass door. Do it fast, they open at the same time. Get the elevator in the lobby, 11th floor. Make a right when you get outside and you will see the door. Smart lock code will be provided for check-in. Check-in time is between 3pm and 9pm. Any check-in after, please ask 1st. Remember we need to open the pedestrian gate and building door for your 1st access. Inside, you will find the keys and the beeper for the vehicle gate. Please remember to kept it safe, if is lost a $150 finer apply for each.
