Large VEGAS modern vacation single 1-story house: Newly Renovated & Decorated
Welcome to our newly renovated vacation 1-story house near the beautiful sunrise mountain area in Las Vegas. This is a detached house meaning it has its own space and private yard away from neighbors. The house is only 15 mins away from Las Vegas Strip, 15 mins away from Downtown Las Vegas, and 10 mins away from major shopping areas and malls. This house has everything new: Sofa, TV, Dining Set, Kitchen, Beds, etc. It has 3 large bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a garage and driveway where you can privately park 4 cars.
THE SPACE:
You will be renting the entire house including private large yard and private parking spots (enclosed garage and driveway) that can easily fit 3 or 4 cars. The house is a detached single story family house, meaning you will have complete privacy from your neighbors.
GUEST ACCESS:
You will have access to the ENTIRE property: inside and outside of the house. The backyard has a patio dining set as well as a BBQ grill for your use. There are many trees in the yard that will provide comfortable shade.
