Stunning sea view, House with small garden

Welcome aboard "La Cale aux Pêcheurs"!

You will be at the forefront to enjoy the sea and the beach. Our little house is on the pedestrian dike. By the seafront terrace you access the private entrance and a bathroom on the ground floor. On the 1st floor, the living room / kitchen with its woodwork and stone walls of Caen overlooks the sea in a warm atmosphere ... You will not get tired of the spectacle of the sea and its game of lights!

The Cale aux Pêcheurs is the ideal place to come and enjoy the sea all day long.
Suite of 45m² with a small private garden in front of the sea
T3 with two bedrooms, a living / dining room with kitchen, a toilet and a bathroom (ideal for 2 to 4 people)

In front of the house, a garden will allow you to have breakfast in the sun and barbecue in front of the sea.

Through the independent entrance, you will access your home. On the ground floor, the bathroom will bathe everyone back from the beach!

On the floor, a small living room with its stone wall of Caen and its woodworks will allow you to spend cozy evenings. The kitchen is open to the living / dining room and is equipped with a small fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, toaster and Nespresso machine.

The corridor separates the living room from the sleeping area! The sleeping area is composed of:

 - a room overlooking the sea with 2 beds of 80 * 200 can be grouped to make a bed of 160 * 200 and
 -d a room overlooking our courtyard to the south with a bed of 140 * 200. A bathroom with sink and toilet will meet the needs of the night! The 2 duvets are in 200 * 200 and the 4 pillows are in 65 * 65.

You can come with your sheets or if you prefer, we can provide sheets and towels for 10 € per person.

If necessary we can provide baby chair, baby bath, cot or potty. Notify us in advance for an optimal organization!

Fantastic home with great sea views.

Wonderful property with great views and direct access to the beach. The apartment has everything needed for a great stay. Communication with Dominik was excellent, he was very friendly and helpful The property is situated right on the seafront within easy walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants. The property is a very good base for a visitor this historic region. I would definitely stay in this property again and would recommend this property to everyone who wishes to visit.

Notre séjour à Lion sur Mer

Maison charmante et agréable avec vue sur mer magnifique, au top. Propriétaire très sympathique et toujours disponible pour des questions éventuelles. Commerces à proximité. Belles ballades le long de la mer et énormément de villes normandes et de plages magnifiques a voir tout le long de la côte. Séjour au top.

Un long week-end parfait !

Super séjour ! Dominik et sa famille nous ont très bien accueillis. Il avait tout prévu pour notre toute petite fille (lit bébé, pot, chaise haute..) et a été aux petits soins avec nous pendant notre séjour. L’appartement est très agréable, propre, les lits confortables, et la vue magnifique! Merci encore! J’espère que nous pourrons revenir.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Kleine Unterkunft, absolut ausreichend für zwei Personen. Normal schöner Ausblick auf Meer und Strand, wurde leider während unseres Aufenthalts etwas getrübt durch Baggerarbeiten am Strand. Die Nächte kann man sehr ruhig verbringen. Freundlicher Vermieter. Im Ort wenig empfehlenswerte Restaurants, bessere und sehr gute findet man in Luc sur Mer ca. 3 km entfernt. Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt, kann sein dass wir es noch einmal wiederholen.

Super Blick auf das Meer 👍

Tolle Lage, alles was man für einen ruhigen Urlaub braucht fußläufig erreichbar. Der Vermieter ist super nett, und spricht sogar Deutsch. Die Wohnung, inklusive Wlan ist absolut okay. Die Dusche ist aber nur was für gelenkige Urlauber. ...war für uns aber überhaupt kein Problem.

Kleines gemütliches Haus mit Stil und Charme lässt den Alltag vergessen. Man kann gar nicht anders, man entspannt: beobachtet das Meer, die sich ständig ändernden Farben von Wasser und Himmel und die Boulespieler vor dem Haus. Wunderschöne Zeit in der Normandie

Wir verbrachten eine tolle Zeit in dem kleinen,feinen Häuschen in Lion-sur-Mer direkt am Meer. Unterkunft war sauber, alles was man braucht war vorhanden . Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Restaurants, Bäcker und ein Supermarkt mit einem hervorragenden Metzger in der Nähe. Kurzum ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Super séjour en famille

La maison mérite le détour : la vue est effectivement superbe, proximité de commerce parfaite, équipements nickel. Deux chambres assez spacieuse, un séjour/cuisine agréable, la salle de bain est petite mais très fonctionnelle avec le lave-linge sèche-linge, la salle d’eau est elle aussi bien adapté. La maison est équipée pour accueillir un bébé ou enfant en bas âge (barrière des sécurité, chaise haute et si besoin lit parapluie). La cuisine est elle aussi bien équipée. La communication avec l’hôte a été très facile. Dominik s’est rendu disponible même à l’autre bout de la planète! Merci et nous gardons l’adresse pour un éventuel séjour en bord de mer!

Magnifique séjour

L’appartement est très bien pensé avec la salle de bain au rdc le retour de la plage est facilité. A l étage on retrouve le salon et deux chambres à coucher avec une salle d’eau avec wc et lavabo. Attention pas de tv ce qui ne nous a pas dérangé. Tout est propre et efficacement organisé. L’équipement cuisine est suffisant. Point remarquable le tri des déchets organisé. Point négatif mais sans responsabilité du propriétaire le parking en bord de plage est forcément compliqué. La ville est chouette avec accès à pied à la plage et aux commerces. Nous reviendrons dans l’appartement de Dominik qui a toujours été disponible pour répondre à mes questions et demandes. Superbe hôte à recommander !!!

Petite maison cosy vue splendide

Endroit parfait pour une remise en forme : vue détente face à la mer, plage pour les petits et grands ( jeux, jogging, ...) intérieur soigné, neuf ,confortable, équipé et fonctionnel. Petite ville balnéaire familiale . Propriétaires accueillants . Toutes les raisons pour penser à un prochain séjour dans cette maison douillette et propre.

Un week-end de détente parfait !

L'emplacement de la maison est vraiment idéal face à la mer et de la voie piétonne. La vue est vraiment exceptionnelle. Dommage nous ne savions pas qu'il y avait un terrain de pétanque à proximité, nous reviendrons équipés la prochaine fois ! La maison n'est pas grande mais très bien agencée, nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise à 4. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Dominik qui était aussi disponible pour nous. En résumé, on recommande et surtout on espère vite y retourner !

Die Lage direkt am Wasser ist einmalig. Die Vermieterfamilie ist sehr nett. Sie haben aus dem kleinen verwinkelten Häuschen ein schönes, geschmackvolles und originelles Ferienquartier gemacht, das allen Komfort bietet.
