This is a well-kept property, with a very helpful and responsive owner. Two beds and two baths made it perfect for us. The house was easy to find, and not too far from Walmart and a CVS. Having access to a washer and dryer turned out to be a plus as well. Close to the Biltmore Estate, to hiking and zip lining, and to Ashville proper. All in all, a wonderful place to stay for visiting Asheville!

We just returned from a great 4-night stay here. The rental is exactly as portrayed on the website, was in spotless condition, and is in an optimal location for exploring anywhere in the Asheville or Western Carolina area. We were out and about most of our days with nearby family, did not host any dinners here (as there is no central dining room table), but lovely mornings and comfortable bedrooms (as well as two full bathrooms!), made this quite a welcoming place to come home to after long days. Furthermore, the communication with the owner John was efficient and always prompt. We didn't have any issues during our stay, but it was good to know that his response would have been quick. We would definitely return here...thank you John!
