Kim is an amazing host. The property is exactly as described. In a GREAT location with all kind of amenities nearby. The cost is very reasonable. This is the second time we've stayed here and are already planning booking our stay for next year. Highly recommend Kim and VRBO!

This house was just perfect. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, AC/ heat worked great and was so quiet we could hardly tell it was on. Nice hot shower, plenty of good coffee, everything we needed was there. Just a 10 minute shady walk to historic downtown. We could not have picked a better place to stay.

The home was very clean, and they had everything we needed. The master bed was comfy, and we slept well. The location was walking distance to downtown with plenty of sidewalks. Owners were above and beyond hospitable! We would definitely stay again!

We stayed here for my son's Davidson College graduation. It was a perfect location. Just a quick 12 minute drive back to the school. The house had everything equipped in the kitchen that you would need. And it was just a few minutes from downstairs Mooresville. Lots of restaurants to choose from for our after graduation ceremony. Definitely would stay here again.
