Guest access There are no restrictions to the property or the facilities pictured. There is a large barn on the property that is locked and restricted.
Other things to note This property is in the mountains. The rushing stream is at the bottom of the mountain and much of the stream is easily traveled with level walking (i.e. no uphill climbs). And there are many acres that won't require any steep hikes. However, to get to and or view and hear the waterfalls, be prepared to walk 200 feet up a mid grade climb. This is an easy and short hike for most anyone, but I want to make sure that any elderly guests (or those in not so good health), are fully informed that not all areas of the property are easily accessible without some walking and/or climbing.

We would go back to this facility again as the sole renters. Great property to let the doggies run and kids play.
The kitchen definitely needs more dishes, casserole dishes, etc. The microwave oven didn't work properly and stopped working completely on Thanksgiving day. The mattresses were brutal. I understand that renters need to have mattresses that can be kept clean but, I highly suggest that the owners get new mattresses and put them in protective mattress covers that can be wiped off. Our backs were killing us!!! The one front shower in the women's bath house leaks all over the floor and is messy and dangerous.
Overall, we are easy people and made the cons work for us. We still had fun.

Hi Joy, thanks for your comments. Regarding the microwave, when you first notified us that the microwave was only working on the popcorn setting, our onsite property manager offered to replace it with a new one.
Regarding the shower, you are referring to the handicap access shower that must allow for someone to access the shower with a wheelchair. Thus, some water does flow out one corner and that water goes down another drain in the bathroom floor. Sorry for the inconvenience. We will again look for new mattresses, but the custom wood post bed frames are custom sized and it is not easy to find the right sizes. Thanks again for your comments.
