Stunning, remodeled 3 bedroom 2 bath home in the heart of Ventura. Short distance to beaches, restaurants, shopping, night-life, and so much more! The home has been meticulously remodeled from top to bottom... It's like brand new! You'll have access to the entire home. Three bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, The living room features a cozy fireplace, a large sectional sofa (also a queen size sleeper) and a 55" TV. Both bathrooms are newly remodeled. The kitchen is stunning and fully stocked. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, a 42" TV and access to a private side yard with patio set and fire table for intimate evening relaxation. There's also a full size stackable laundry inside the home.

Great stay

In town for Mothers 90th birthday. Location was perfect. House is newly remodeled, very clean with everything we needed. I will remember this property for future stays.

Worth repeating!

The property manager was clear and prompt with instructions. Checked in regularly. Everything was in perfect shape and the stay was as good as it gets. I would highly recommend and may possibly repeat a stay here in the future as well!

The owners truly thought of everything to make our stay the greatest experience so far! It was easy to communicate back and forth, great location to start our day trips to different places. We highly recommend this property to others!!!

The property was exactly what we needed. Coffee bar was nicely stocked and the entire home was clean and nicely decorated! The owner was very responsive. I would highly recommend this property.

We had a wonderful time! Lots of quality time with the family! Wish there was AC, but we still enjoyed having most of the conviences of home. We love Ventura! We plan to come back!

We have stayed at this property on our annual trip to Ventura 2 years in a row. It is a beautiful house in a quiet and clean neighborhood. The property owner is a great host who will show up to fix any minor issue quickly and effectively if needed. I highly recommend this location. I

My friends and I were here to attend my grandson’s graduation. It was a perfect home for us, conveniently located near my son, nicely-appointed, and sparkling clean. Could not have asked for a better place.

Well-Appointed Renovated House in Ventura

Fully renovated house with updated kitchen and bathrooms, 3 bedrooms with queen sized beds, WiFi cable & streaming services, and off-street parking. Special treat to have Starbucks Keurig coffee every morning during our stay. Host was great, we had everything we expected and more. Stay here if you are coming to Ventura!

Great location in Ventura.

Enjoyed the house. Spacious kitchen and breakfast nook. Manager, Mike, was nice and quick to respond. Comfortable beds. Washer dryer in house, yet I didn’t use them. Very uplifting experience there with lots of windows and natural light. Front door light was always on for us in the evening. Felt very safe at the house. Neighbors were friendly.

Clean and well appointed!

My parents visited from out of the States and needed a place to stay. The house was well located and close to the main roads without being too close. Quiet. Very clean! Mike communicated prior to the stay and reached out after a day or a bit to make sure we had no issues. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Mike was a wonderful host, very friendly and responsive to all our queries and requests. The house has been beautifully remodelled and was spotlessly clean, with extremely comfortable beds and a lovely lounge suite. The weather was mostly perfect during our winter stay, but on the few colder nights we made good use of the open brick, gas-to-flame fireplace, which was a real highlight. Every amenity is provided at this property; in fact, we were able to cook every day. This saved us having to eat out regularly, which has been a very expensive part of our previous stays in Ventura. There is a good-sized area at the back of the house which would be perfect for outdoor seating and recreation, something we Aussies love! However, there is a very small seating area at the side of the house with two chairs and a fire table but we didn't use it. The house is located in a lovely, quiet neighbourhood located a very short walk from Trader Joe’s, Target, and the Pacific View Mall. We travel to Ventura 2-3 times a year for long stays 6 to 8 week stays so we know the area very well. We didn’t have a car during this stay, we live within walking distance of the beach in Australia so we weren't worried about being near Ventura Beach. We’ve previously stayed at the Crowne Plaza on the beach, the Marriott, the Holiday Inn at the harbour, and a bi-level suite on the golf course at the Staybridge Suites in Oxnard. This house was by far our favourite stay, perfect for a home from home vacation

In the heart of Ventura.

Listing was spot on. The house is beautifuuly renovated, comfortable and very clean. There is a small side yardperfect for a small toddler to crawl around in. The location is very central to everything with great places to eat and shop within walking distance. The only thing that I would add would a few bikes to get around on for a longer jaunt to the beach. This is a perfect home to stay, especially if you plan to be out and about alot of the time and want a comfy bed to sink into at night and a clean bathrooms and kitchen to use.

Even better than advertised

The house was stocked very well. No detail was overlooked. The kitchen had everything one could need ( filtered water, coffee, utensils, etc) as did the bathroom. The bedding in each room was very nice and the beds were extremely comfortable to sleep in. The Dyson fans were a nice touch. I could go on, but trust me, if looking to stay in the Ventura area, this is the place you want to rent. The host gets an A++. We will be back for sure.

Hidden gem

I stayed at this property in February. This house is located in quiet, residential neighborhood very conveniently located near all the shops and restaurants. House is newly remodeled and to my surprise was quite large. It was very clean and very well stocked. For people that drink coffee there was whole area in the kitchen dedicated just for it. All 3 bedrooms were nicely appointed and spacious. There was small, gated patio right off the master bathroom, nice space for kids to play. Mike was very professional and attentive host. I felt very comfortable and safe staying there with 2 year old. Having full size washer and drive was a big plus for me. Definitely would like to return to his rental.

Cozy, updated & clean inside. However, several window latches were broken so windows could not be opened, which made some rooms very warm given lack of AC. Limited outdoor seating was covered with bird droppings, and a dirty car sat in the back yard.

Ventura Gem

We throughly enjoyed our stay. Very clean, cozy and quiet. A home away from home! So much attention to detail from a fully stocked coffee bar, cold water in fridge and fresh linens. The fireplace was the cherry on top! Central location within a few miles of Beach and downtown Ventura. Highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again!
