This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.
Getting Around:
You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

Luggage storage offered Monday- Friday at our main office from 8:30am-5pm. On weekends we recommend utilizing Bounce Luggage storage. Please inquire once booking is complete for the address!

Nice little place in a great location. Easy walk to restaurants, bars, and shopping along King Street. Easy to get to, and easy to head back on the highway. I'd recommend staying here for families or groups looking to explore a great city.

Parking could have been tight, but both parties had smaller suv cars so it was perfect. Clean and comfortable. Even though we drove to most places, it was a perfect place to stay.

Great house, enough parking for two mid size cars/suv. Near many places to dine. House is well stocked with bath and kitchen supplies. We would highly recommend this house.

This house was a great option for our mother's day/girls weekend. The house was as pictured. Plenty of room for the five of us. The linens were clean and comfortable. The kitchen was nicely equipped with mugs, plates, bowls, basic utensils. It lacked many kitchen items for any cooking or meal prep, but we ate out for all meals so this was not an issue for us. We were in walking distance to King Street and many shops and restaurants. Noise level was fine; normal sounds of a side city street. No safety concerns. Overall a very nice place to stay, good communication with the property owner/manager, and easy check-in/out process.

Great location!! Very close to king street and many shops and restaurants! Short walk to Bad Bunnies coffee which we frequented every morning. Host was very attentive and always available. Great spot!

This was perfect for my cousins' get together! Loved that we had a living room to hang out instead of separate hotel rooms and not being together. They also had everything we would need for a comfortable stay. Easy but slightly longer walk up and down King St so we got to see everything.

The house was clean and had plenty of space for our family of five. There were extra linens, towels, and basic toiletries. The location was convenient to King Street. The one true drawback was the constant construction noise which is not within the control of the management/owner of the house.
