Smart TV in Each of the 4 Bedrooms, and 2x smart TVs in the living areas.
Game room has an arcade system with over 1500 video games, keeping the kids/adults entertained for a very long time.
Large modern kitchen with Granite counters, island, and bar space. Well-equipped with all stainless steel appliances and general utensils.
Extra Privacy for each of the 4 bedroom as they are buffered by non-bedrooms.
Within 1/2 mile, there's a wide variety of restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping.
Pets are welcome!
For stays 28 days and longer: Cleaning fee is $499, pet fee is $8/day/per pet.

Aside from the heated pool, and 6 Person Spa Hot Tub, I fell in love with this home because of the perfect balance of light it offers. It's also well designed because none of the bedrooms are directly next to other bedrooms, so it doesn't feel cramped.
What makes this property unique
The trees around the yard give the pool privacy and block sound, making it feel like a sanctuary. The patio is enclosed, which makes it perfect for eating outside, without having to actually be in direct sunlight.
