Beautiful penthouse apartment on the 5th and last floor of the Residence Andalucia Del Mar in Puerto Banus. Terrace and balcony with magnificent sea view.

The residence is well maintained and lush with beautiful gardens, secure 24h / 24. Two swimming pools with deckchairs and shower. direct access to the sandy beach and boardwalk of the seaside, and access to port activities (shops, restaurants, entertainment ...) 5min walk. The center of Puerto Banus is also within walking distance (5min): shopping center, shops, restaurants, entertainment ... Water sports, sunbeds, beach bars and restaurants and also a nice walk along the sea between Puerto Banus with Marbella and San Pedro, within walking distance (1 min).

The apartment has been renovated and has an area of ​​65m2. It is air conditioned.

It is equipped with an extended terrace with a sunny balcony with beautiful sea and mountain views. The terrace has a table for 4 people.

The accommodation comprises a large living room with open kitchen. The lounge is very nice and bright. It has a small sofa bed could accommodate one person, and a dining table for 4 people. TV, satellite, Spanish channels, English and French.

The open kitchen to the living room is modern and fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and all the necessary utensils, washing machine and dryer.

The chamber is composed of a large bed for 2 people and storage (dresser, closet), with access to the balcony.

The bathroom has a large walk-in shower. Hairdryer provided.

A parking space in the basement is available

A small but pleasant apartment for a single person or a couple, in a prime location: right behind the board-walk, with partial sea-view from the balcony (morning sun) and within a couple of steps of the yacht-harbour and its many front row restaurants and all the boutiques and designer brands you could think of. And a very pleasant Owner and local Agent to top it all off! Try it, its worth it! Ein kleine aber nette Ferienwohnung für eine Einzelperson oder ein Ehepaar, in super Nähe zum Strandweg, mit teilweisem Meeresblick vom Balkon (Morgensonne) und nur einige Schritte vom berühmten Yachthafen und seinen vielen Restaurants und Designer-Boutiquen entfernt. Und um es noch besser zu machen: ein sehr angenehmer Besitzer und ebensolche lokale Kontaktperson! Ausprobieren: es lohnt sich!

Completely satisfied

Very cozy, nice and comfortable for summer holiday staying. It equipped with all necessary staff at kitchen and for the beach. A lot of sheets and towels, close to beach. Would recommend this apartment to others.

Very charming appartment

The appartment is very beautiful and nicely and warmly decorated. There is enough space for two people with option for 3. Terrace is very spacious and we enjoyed the breakfast in the sun every morning with a beautiful view over the sea. Everything was available in the appartment and in a good condition. We recommend the appartment to everybody.
