This house and dock are super nice-the house is very clean and well-equipped. The tram made getting to and from the lake so effortless and truly changed the game for the vacation. The dock is among the best we have had the opportunity to experience and we have visited Norris every year since about 2010. WiFi, a nice table with a ceiling fan to help with heat right above it, lounge chairs, kayaks, a bench and jumping deck, Lilly pad etc etc-all made our trip relaxing and so much fun! Scott was easy to communicate with and check in and out was seamless. We highly recommend and thanks for a great week at Norris!!

It was our first visit to Norris Lake and we had a wonderful time. The house was great and Scott was very quick to answer any questions I had and fix a couple of small issues we had. The location is nice and quiet and a great place to swim, kayak, etc. by the dock without a ton of disturbance from other boats. The tram was a nice touch if we didn't feel like lugging a bunch of stuff up the stairs. Would definitely come back to this property.

Absolute Perfection – Stunning Views and High-End Comfort!Our stay at this property was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we walked through the door, we were blown away by the breathtaking views that you can see from almost every room. The rental was absolutely spotless, which instantly made us feel comfortable and at home.It is incredibly clear that the host has invested a lot of thought and money into upgrades around the property. The tram is a game changer! If you love to cook, the kitchen is a dream. It is fully stocked—far exceeding the basic items you usually find in rentals.Communication with the host was flawless. They were proactive, welcoming, and incredibly responsive.If you are looking for a comfortable getaway with a view you will never forget, book this place immediately. We cannot wait to return!

Family getaway!

Great view and great locetion! Would recommend putting your boat in the water prior to arriving at the home- the driveway and narrow roads are hard to maneuver!

Wonderful place to stay

We enjoyed our time very much at this property. Scott was very responsive and the house was well stocked unlike some houses we have stayed at that barely had pots to use for cooking. The dock was terrific and the family has a great time using it.

Beautiful home

We have stayed at many VRBO homes and condos and this was the cleanest by far. This house had everything we needed and more. Plenty of space for our family and beautiful views. Great place to stay!

Family Vacation 2023

We had a great week at the lake house and would definitely recommend! The view of the lake is amazing from the house and the dock is great for kids with the jumping platform and the bench that sits in the water.

Relaxing stay

Really enjoyed the location of this house. Previous stay had been over by Sugar Hallow Marina. Which is nice but I prefer this area, prettier and more coves to discover. The back deck and views are beautiful. The new dock is really a nice upgrade.

Worth the money.

4th year going to lake. Best part was being 20 minutes off the interstate versus driving another hour on back roads toying a boat and jet ski like the last 3 properties we have stayed.

Great Place

Enjoyed our stay, plenty of room for 10 adults/kids. House is in great shape. Dock is excellent nice upgrades, kids liked jumping off the dock ledge. Great location close to local marina. Great communication with home owner. Overall it was an awesome trip.

Perfect lake getaway

This was a great rental experience. The view of the lake from the deck was beautiful. The house was spacious, well furnished and very clean. Good communication from the owner. Everything as advertised and even a little better. Highly recommend this property!
