Enjoy the sun rise and sun set on the 8th floor, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, open kitchen and den area, large balcony, accessible from the master bedroom and the den, well equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. This unit has covered parking, (passes $40 a car MAX 2 Cars) it's near the elevator for easy unloading. There are 2 pools outside and one inside and outside BBQ areas. Located near grocery and shopping and minutes to the hangout and Flora-Bama.

An absolute FABULOUS condo! The owner (Summer) was so friendly and very helpful. 10/10 RECOMMEND!

My family (husband and 4 boys) stayed during fall break. The condo is perfect! Very room and enough space for 10 if needed. There are beach chair and umbrellas available with the unit, so no need to rent. We always stay at The Lighthouse, but #804 is my absolute favorite and will be my go to from now on! The owner is very nice and will communicate with you via text and help in any way possible! 10/10 recommend!

Great Family Getaway!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this property. All of the essentials were provided and accessible to us. The view of and proximity to the beach were second to none. We will visit this area again in the future.

Amazing

Absolutely love this condo. The owner is involved every step of the way. Not a single complaint! Love the property and the short walk to the beach. Chair rentals on the beach made things super easy for us with small children. We normally beach hop but this condo is making us reconsider!!

We traveled to this very beach as children and now we have 4 children and want to make some memories here with them. We've stayed in many units on the beach and we take pride is how well this unit is stocked and cleaned.

Why they chose this property

This complex is newer and has lots of amenities, the pools are very nice and it's right on the beach! The location of this unit allows you to park in a covered area and close to the elevators for quick access unloading. there is an ice machine downstairs as well as fitness room and indoor pool. This unit will sleep 9 total, that's 3 on the pull out couch and 2 in each bedroom. Every bedroom has it's own bathroom and closet space. The view from this unit is amazing!

What makes this property unique

The open floor plan of this condo is like no other. The den, dining and kitchen are all together. The view from the balcony is second to none! The large balcony stretches across the den and master bedroom area. The master bathroom is large, ample closet space and has a jetted tub and separate shower. There is a bathroom for every bedroom...very handy! This unit is very clean and well stocked with everything you need for the perfect vacation spot!
