This home is newly fully remodeled boasting a new kitchen, bathrooms, and flooring throughout. It is exceptionally well-equipped and furnished. All reservations / cancellation are subject to the terms and conditions (policies) of American Realty Rental Agreement once the reservation is booked thru 3rd party platforms.

Policies include, but are not limited, to a 4% credit card / debit card convenience fee and $255.00 cancellation fee (plus applicable tax).
You may cancel your reservation up to 120 days before arrival and your payments (excluding the reservation fee and applicable tax) will be refunded. After this date, no cancellations are allowed and no refunds will be made.

Special Rules & Regulations Maximum permitted per house: two vehicles parked, one boat at the dock. Dock space is strictly through Sunset Captiva regarding space and availability, and separate from the rental and any fees associated with the rental of the home.
