I am a retired NC special educator with 4 grown children, ages 35-41, My husband and I live in the Charlotte area, so we are close enough to keep the property in the best condition possible. I love my octangular shaped home with the large floor to ceiling windows that look out onto a large, grassy back yard and I love to share it with others too! Nancy

Why they chose this property

I enjoy bringing joy to others by providing a home in which you can create memories and develop relationships in a setting that is conducive to outdoor activities; from sledding and skiing in the winter to hiking and just relaxing in the Adirondack chairs around the gas firepit or hammock during the other seasons. My home is situated on a half acre consisting of seasonally flowering plants and trees and a large grassy back yard. Inside you will find cozy and comfortable bedding and unique Bearfoot Bears throughout the home. Ceiling to floor bookshelves in the front room are filled with books for all ages. There's a hammock for the back deck and sleds for the gently sloping driveway on the side of the property located in the lower level. Games and puzzles are in the coffee table and TV stand. Spectrum streaming on the TVs provide national and local news as well as movies and series to watch.
