River Fun

Great location with quick access to the river, tube rentals and short walk into town. The pool was clean and shaded with trees so it helped keep the water cool at peak times and in the evening. The condo was bigger than expected and had everything we needed for our stay. Owner's instructions were clear and concise. Only issue we had was dodging wasps and wasp nests on the stairs around the property. Overall we are looking to book again for our next river trip!

We stayed in Condo 320. It was the perfect location right on the river! This condo was in the absolutely perfect spot. Being right by the river was amazing, and we loved how close we were to Texas Tubes, downtown, and nearby restaurants. Our condo was on the west side of the property. This allowed us to sit on the patio in the shade in the evenings. Condos on the opposite side were in the sun in the evenings. Our grandson had such a great time jumping into the river on the west side of the property and floating to the east side exit. He did this over and over. He brought his goggles and had a blast looking at crawfish, turtles, and fish. It was the perfect location and vacation for him.The property itself was modern, spotless, and had everything we needed for our trip. Checking in and out was a breeze. Highly recommend!

Incredible Experience!

The property is gorgeous! The management at the property is incredible. My trip was delightful. I love the area. Lots of beautiful sites and wildlife. This is the perfect getaway.
