Thank you for your understanding. When leaving the studio, please put the heating on 3 and make sure that all lights are switched off. Please empty a garbage bin before leaving. The garbage is at the same place as our mailbox, on your left-hand side right after the courtyard when leaving the building. Also, we recycle our garbage: brown cover = normal, yellow cover = plastic, paper, cans Please, don't dry wet clothes on the radiators. Pets are not allowed. Offering strange persons a night in the studio is prohibited. The key should not be passed to other people.

Great host

Leona was very responsive. Even though I was booking my stay while she was out of the country on vacation she made sure that communication with her the caretaker of the apartment went smoothly. The apartment was very clean.Bjorn. the caretaker made sure everything was in tip top shape and explained everything very thoroughly. The studio was also very centrally placed . Just about a 100 m from the Seine and Point Neuf.. Would Definitely recommend staying here.

Location Location

The location was terrific-quiet, central to the left bank , near the seine and the bridges, restaurants, metro buses etc The apartment was ok and had everything one needs. No complaints. I think its good for one person because it is small, but there is a double bed so 2 could fit. Would be a bit tight There isnt an elevator and its the second floor. The less luggage the better.

Wonderful stay

Location impeccable, on peut facilement voyager a pied. Plein de restaurants et boutiques à porter de main. Communication facile avec le propriétaire et son contact. Vraiment la place à louer pour visiter Paris!

The perfect stay in Paris!

We had a wonderful time at Leo's place in Paris! We had some trouble finding the apartment (sleepless flight, small Parisian streets, and jet lag making us stupider than usual) but once we settled in we couldn't have been happier! Centrally located near the major sights, plenty of restaurants and cafes, a market, and of course a metro all in walking distance. Not to mention steps away from Pont Neuf where we spent many nights on the river with a snack and a bottle of wine. Apartment itself was immaculately clean, just the right size, and super charming in every way. Thanks to Leo for a wonderful experience!

Why they chose this property

Originally the studio was purchased as a place to live for my husband by his father in 1992. At that time my husband started his studies at the university in Paris. After that, I joined Pierre and we lived there for a while together. We had a great time there.

What makes this property unique

It is a classic Parisian studio/garçonnière/bachelor flat. We tried to keep the atmosphere of the past.
