Had an amazing stay! Amazing accommodations and in non-touristy area so was able to eat where many locals would. Close walking distance to all the sites. Highly recommend!

Thanks so much for the best stay. The apartment was very spacious, clean and laid out nicely for our family and friends. Communication with Andreas was always in a timely manner. Check in was quick and easy. Location was very safe with bakery, restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Highly recommend this to everyone.

This property was decorated so nicely. You could tell care was definitely taken to make sure the clients enjoyed their stay. The only draw back for us were all the stairs, 42 of them, as I had a broken leg. We would stay here again.

We had a great stay. The location is brilliant, loads of lovely bars, restaurants and antique shops close by and a lovely walk along the Arno into the centre of Florence. Huge, comfy bedrooms and great check in / check out experience. Loved it & would book again in a flash.

My family and I spent 2 weeks in Florence and loved our time there. Sibilla was amazing and helped make our check-in process seamless. We were grateful for all the quick communication throughout our trip, and for the wonderful air conditioning during Italy’s hottest part of the summer - a life saver.The apartment was on the other side of the Arno River, but only a short walk into the heart of Florence. Walking the streets was a favorite past-time, and we ended up in some of the same piazzas on multiple occasions.There is no lift, so if stairs are a problem, please consider this when booking. I’d still recommend this apartment completely as it served our family of 6 quite splendidly.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was very comfortable, a home away from home, in a fabulous location. The host was very responsive and kind, and we were greeted by Sibilla who was so friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

I stayed in Andrea’s property for a whole month and it was the perfect home base for my family’s time in Florence! I can’t recommend it enough. It’s got a ton of space for two families (we were 6), two great bathrooms, and a well stocked kitchen. We loved the comfortable living space, too, with 2 great couches. It’s in an incredible location in Oltarno and we were so close to everything! Definitely would stay here again!

Very comfortable place. We were 6 adults plus a seven month old baby and the appartment was perfect!!Location is amazing. Very close to many restaurants and food market, coffee places, train station and city center.Host was avaible quickly when we communicated with him.Overall a very nice stay in this place

Great stay!

Stayed for 10 days with spouse, and 3 kids. Very comfortable stay, easy access to pretty much everything! Walkable from the train station, generally pretty quiet neighborhood, and made a great home away from home. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Andrea was a warm and welcoming host. He provided a great deal of information to us prior to arrival. His information booklet was a terrific help. We loved the neighbourhood. The coffee shop (Manly's) right outside the apartment has a perfect espresso, while just down the street is a slew of delicious places to eat, or get your hair done, or have gelato, or buy some groceries. Enjoy your stay as this area has all you will need. It is very safe to wander at night.

His accomdations was amazing! His home was beautiful and the photos don't do it justice. The neighborhood was wonderul, plenty of places to eat and walkable to the train station to travel locally and to different regions. I will definitely stay here again and i will be back to explore more of Florence. I recommend this property to anyone who is traveling to Italy.

Excellent stay, close to everything with every needed amenity. Extremely spacious with more than enough room for our large group of 5. Well decorated, two large bathrooms, washer and dryer. We appreciated the coffee and house book. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful place to stay

Our family of 7 was extremely comfortable in this apartment. Our host Andrea was very helpful prior to our visit. Sibilli the property manager was the best, she helped us with so many suggestions. We really enjoyed Florence and hope to one day go back.
