Feel the ocean breeze from the Sunporch. Ranch style beachhouse sleeps 10. It has two bedrooms on the first floor (Queen bed with ocean views) and primary bedroom (Two full beds with large closet) and a finished basement with two additional bedrooms, each with a full size bed. Two full baths, one up, one down. Recently renovated with new rugs in lower level, all new beds/mattresses, new floors, painting and upgrade bathroom. Living/dining room, fully stocked kitchen.....Has great yard, table with 6 chairs outside and additional 4 Adirondack chairs. Literally 60 seconds to sandy beach.

Why? Because it is 2 houses away from the ocean. Brand new kitchen, comfortable beds, very clean. Convenient, close to everything, walk to the pier, amusement park, restaurants, ice cream parlor, etc. Location, location, location! Largest yard in the area! You will not be disappointed!!!
