Perfect location for a wedding at Della Terra. It’s located next to pool, which is great and with private hot tub with Excellent view of river. Would recommend and stay again

Michelle:
Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We are so glad you chose to stay with us so you could easily access the wedding held at Della Terra. Sitting out on your deck in the morning having coffee listening to the sound of Fall River is hard to beat. Although your hot tub is next to the pool (it is too large of a hot tub to be on the deck), it is for your own personal use and we are glad you enjoyed it. We hope you can join us again in the future.

Just as advertised. Very clean and spacious. Nice view of the sunrise from the deck. The hot tub was big and in good working order. It was nice to be just a mile from the park entrance. I would definitely stay here again.

Highly recommend this place for your next trip to Estes Park!
Property was clean and thoroughly furnished. The extras like free snow shoes and movie rentals are another great highlight. We enjoyed a quiet place and the sound of Fall River while on our hot tub.

Spacious rental property with a large balcony for a scenic early breakfast and private hot tub for late night relaxation after a long day of hiking. It is located right outside Rocky Mountain National Park and close to the amenities in Estes Park. The staff were awesome, anything you need they will take care of!
When we arrived the first thing we noted was the property is just like it appears on the website. We enjoyed cooking in the good sized kitchen, the views from the balcony, very comfortable beds, the hot tub, and complimentary snow shoes. It was just a short drive to Estes Park but allowed us to stay in a beautiful mountain area.
This was the perfect location for our group of two couples with a short drive into both Rocky Mountain NP and Estes Park. The condo was clean, roomy, and well stocked. We had coffee and breakfast on the deck every morning while enjoying the mountain views and the sound of the river below. Hiking during the day, a visit to the private hot-tub in the afternoon, then dinner in Estes Park daily made for the perfect long weekend get-away. We would definitely book this place again.

Trudy: I am happy to hear your group enjoyed your stay with us. Fawn Valley is beautiful property with the river. One of my favorite activities is drinking my morning coffee and listening to the river. Thank you for staying with us. We look forward to seeing you again. Have an amazing day, Laura
This property was exactly how it looked on the website which was exactly what we wanted. It was in a good location just outside of downtown Estes and close proximity to Rocky Mountain National Park. The kitchen and living room are spacious. The beds were comfortable. And the place was clean. That's really all you can ask for.

This is one of the cleanest and well-supplied properties we have ever stayed in. Even fans were supplied-which we needed! I was happy to see how many towels were supplied, since there wasn’t a washer/dryer in the unit. The property is very well kept and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony listening to the river rushing by.

Leslie,
We are so happy to hear you enjoyed your stay with us and all the amenities we had to offer!
The location of this property is beautiful. Very close to Rocky Mountain National Park and a pretty short drive to the center of Estes Park. I think the property is a little dated and some things maybe need to be pointed out in the description. The property does not have air conditioning. Even in Estes Park, July is pretty warm. With windows open it was nearly comfortable, but rough on my allergies. Also, the hot tub is not very private. Sure, you need a code to get in and it is reserved for your unit, but you have to leave your unit and walk near the pool to the hot tub. All in all it was a good stay. Not sure I would stay in this unit again though.

Angela:
Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We are glad you enjoyed the convenience of easily accessing your activities. You are correct in that the hot tub is not private, but rather for your personal use. The Vrbo description states that the hot tub is accessed by a short walk outside the unit. The benefit is that the hot tub is too large to sit on the unit’s deck and the unit is right near the pool area. We hope you were able to utilize the fans in the unit to create a cool cross breeze. I am sorry that your allergies bothered you during your stay. We appreciate you describing the unit accurately for other travelers.
Jamie
Loved the view of the mountains and listening to the river. The private hot tub was a plus as well.

Outdated and Inaccurate Description
We had a beautiful time in Estes Park and the location of the inn was great! With that being said, the property was not in great shape. There were exposed wires leading to our unit, chipped paint and a leak in our ceiling over bed. The maintenance man came to look but all he did was push the bed forward so we wouldn’t get dripped on our heads while sleeping. Also, the advertised hot tub was not directly attached to the unit. We did have a private hot tub, but had to exit our unit and walk through the parking lot to access which made it much less enjoyable then we had hoped.
Condo was clean and quiet. The balcony looked onto the river. We saw elk and multitude of birds. We even saw a bear, while sipping our coffee.
Just enough outside of the city to be remote, but close enough for convenience.
Our room was well maintained with lovely updates but a nice cabin-like feel. It would have been nice to have a few basics like sugar or saran wrap or foil--things like that--on the property. We have had that at other VRBO properties. The property itself was in places a little rundown, but it looked like they were working on it. The location, with just a brief walk down to Fall River in our "back yard" was one of the best things! The hot tub in this unit was very nice.
Our unit was in a good location and had been cleaned well. Everything we needed was provided. Our overall rating is 3 stars because the entire property seems in need of an update...it was just a bit more run down than we expected. Our unit interior had been updated. Our unit’s hot tub was a nice addition. It was nice being close to the park entrance.
