503 Barrington Arms - Crisp and Beachy. What a View!

This crisp and beachy 1-bedroom 1.5-bath oceanfront villa has gorgeous, peaceful views at every glance! Kitchen, living, and dining spaces flow into each other for an airy, open feel. The granite and stainless kitchen make cooking on your getaway even more enjoyable, especially if you sit on the patio and watch the waves roll in. The bedroom and bathrooms are both spacious and comfortable. This villa has all you need for a wonderful vacation, and it is only a few sandy steps from the beach.

* The Pool complex is expected to be reopened on Monday, January 19, 2026, weather permitting. Until this time, please do not enter the pool complex area including the hot tub and grilling areas. Please note that we do not heat the pool until late March at the earliest.

** Please note that Barrington is conducting an improvement project on the beach access. The Ocean Lane, Wendover Dunes, and beachside entries to the crossover will be blocked and closed as well. The official start date for on-site work is December 15th and is targeted to be completed by March 7th. The entry to the beach crossover will be blocked, and signage will be posted to indicate that the area is closed and entry is not permitted. As an alternative, please use the beach access that is located between Hampton and the Omni Hotel.

The view of the beach is the best in the area! The condo was clean and had plenty of fresh linens and things. Our walk to the beach is easy maybe 5 minutes. Love staying here year after year!

Enjoyed the condo. Had a great view. The bed was very comfortable but was very high. Some older people may have trouble climbing into bed. I was surprised to find that there is no assigned parking under the building. There are not enough parking spaces for every condo underneath. Would stay here again.

Hilton Head Week Away

Great property location with access to beach and great communication with the Vacation Company with any questions I had. The king size bed was very comfortable and wonderful to sit out on the patio and overlook the pool and ocean. Only negative would be the carpet in the bedrooms and hallway could have been vacuumed better. Would definitely recommend this place or something similar in Barrington Arms.

Very pleasant trip.

The property is great. Well maintained and furnished and very clean, we were able to begin enjoying our stay immediately. Even the hurricane did not diminish the experience! Will be returning next year and beyond.

Wonderful visit to the beach!

The unit was spacious and had everything we needed for our long anniversary weekend. Having beach towels supplied , washer/dryer and a large tv were nice bonuses. We loved the balcony with the view of the beach and the pool was just delightful. We definitely would like to come back again.

The condo was beautifully decorated and the ocean view is spectacular! The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes and pans. The location was perfect because we prefer staying in Palmetto Dunes. I highly recommend this place.

Absolutely can’t beat the top floor, oceanfront location of this Barrington Arms villa in Palmetto Dunes. Beach access, pool amenities were great. Cleaning service could be a little more thorough.

The condo was just as described and the perfect getaway for the girls! We thoroughly enjoyed the balcony to watch the ocean as well as deer, rabbits and turtles. What an unexpected treat. It was well stocked and extremely clean. Thanks for everything!

Perfect Location

Great condo for couple vacation. Lots of updates and incredible views. Well stocked kitchen. Pool maintenance could be better, but would not keep us from booking. Master bedroom doesn’t cool as well, but fan was available for guests. We’d enjoy booking again in the fall or early Spring. Have vacationed in HH for over 30 years and Palmetto Dunes is the best!

Peaceful stay in Hilton Head

We were happily surprised at how great this condo was. This was the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in. The view was amazing. The bed was as comfortable as the one we have at home. The shower was big and the water pressure was awesome. This condo is also on the top floor of the building so we didn't have to hear anyone stomping above us. We liked the pool area and the various wildlife we saw around the property. Everything was very smooth with the property management group as well. We will definitely try to stay here in the future.

Really enjoyed the location of this condo. Communication was great. We received a text that our condo was avialabe early and we had our car passes before we even left home! Only problem at all was the elevator was down for periods of time 3 different dats and our condo was on the 5th floor!

Barrington Birthday Stay

Our accommodations were very good..we have stayed in the condo several times before so we knew what to expect. Our only problem was the day we checked out…we were ready to leave the premises at 8:30 which is way before the 11:00 check out time. When we went to the garage to get a dolly to load our belongings, the door to the condo would not open on our return upstairs and we hadn’t checked out yet. We had to call the property manager to get another password to unlock the door. Someone apparently “jumped the gun” and locked us out! Chris was the person who helped us out, so kudos for a well done job!

The unit and property are beautiful. I'm giving it a 2 star rating because the booking agent was unable to verify if the pool would be open during our stay. Although the unit and amenities are advertised together as a package, they are controlled by different people. When you book, you are dealing with the agent that controls things inside the unit. The pool is managed by someone else. Oddly enough, their phone number is not listed on Expedia so you have to rely on the booking agent communicate with the pool company. It was my experience that they don't communicate well. In the agent's defense, she did "try" and speak with the pool company about the pool status. She left a message but it was never returned. We were out of time so we took a chance and booked it. The pool turned out to be closed. In the end it didn't ruin our trip. However, we did learn a valuable lesson about how this agent and pool company operate.
