Private, newly built home located on 30 acres of private mountain acreage. You are app. 25 minutes from downtown Asheville, 35 minutes to the Biltmore Estate, & less than 45 minutes to the Asheville Regional Airport. Home is accessed via only paved and fully maintained roads.

The home affords year round access, and is great for groups of any and all ages. The home is situated just outside of Barnardsville, NC, affording privacy for everyone to relax & enjoy the feel of the WNC mountains. Dynamite Ridge is located on a private estate, surrounded by wooded mountains.

Get ready to be “wowed” by the never-ending views and natural surroundings from this contemporary mountain retreat. With soaring vistas, high ceilings, vaulted rooms, and cozy spaces, you will immediately feel at home at Dynamite Ridge. (That is of course if you can tear yourself away from the outdoor areas & soaking in the spectacle of the Blue Ridge Mountains, & actually venture inside!) The abode affords a cozy great room, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and MORE, with plenty of space to unwind and gather with your group. But, if you need some “alone time”, there is plenty of space inside and out to find your own serenity. There are 30 acres you can explore, and the ultimate front porch for ultimate outdoor relaxation.

Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.

Pets: This home and property are very dog friendly, and guests are welcome to bring their "best friends" with them. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $130 with a limit of 2 dogs per booking party. *If additional pets are approved, additional charges will apply (This is NOT automatically added by VRBO, TripAdvisor or Airbnb, so please let us know so that we can add the fee for you)

Events: Events are allowed at this property for up to 25 guests.
NOTE: ALL Events will have fees associated with hosting an Event, and determined/finalized once a guest head-count is shared. The Event Fee will be assessed outside of, and separate from the normal rental costs. Please talk with Yonder Guest Experience Specialist for details and costs for having your event at Dynamite Ridge.

Note: Reservations over 30 days are subject for review prior to acceptance. A separate rental agreement will be required for 90+ day stays.

Last Minute Bookings: Reservations made within 7 days of check-in require additional verification, including selfie/photo of government-issued ID matching the reservation name, and photo of payment method in the primary guest's name. Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation.
