The home has a separate adjoining Guest House that is completely separate from the main house that we keep for business supply storage use and for our personal use during the winter months. There are no shared spaces and you have exclusive use of the entire main house shown in the listing.

We have built an amazing private deck with brand a Brand New Arctic Spa and Cobana Motorized Lockout Cover. The new deck has new outdoor furniture, fire table and BBQ (BBQ and deck furniture are stored and not available during the winter). The front yard is also large with a super fun Swurfer Swing attached to a very old and large tree on the corner of the lot. Need a great place for a Flexcation getaway where you can work, host Zoom meetings, etc while the family has plenty of media bandwidth, this is the place. We have a 1-Gigabyte per second Internet Gateway that will keep all your devices humming along nicely.

We had a group of 18, 10 adults and 8 children. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep. Entire place was very clean when we arrived. Enjoyed the hot tub and deck areas. Kids and adults loved the tree swing in the front yard. It was a great location for all the things we wanted to do in Heber Utah. Our family reunion was a success!

Great home for a large group

This home was perfect for our large group with enough beds and bathrooms. We spent lots of time playing pool and ping pong and loved the outdoor seating and garden area.

Heber stay

The property fit our needs perfectly for a softball tournament we were attending. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the owners responded quickly to any questions we had. Loved our stay here!

Wonderful home in a great location!

We had the best time staying in this beautiful home! It was so cozy and convenient to everything. So many wonderful memories were made at the kitchen table playing connect four, by the fire place watching movies as a family and enjoying the hot tub while it snowed. We couldn't ask for more!

Comfortable and felt like home. The accommodations fit the 12 of us very well. Plenty of room for the kids to play. Amenities made the day, nothing like being in the Hot Tub when its snowing out. Perfect getaway stay!

Great house in a great location

We were there for a quick family vacation. There were fifteen of us from 2 yrs old to 82 yrs old. We all fit comfortably and slept well. The house and everything in it were just great. The property managers were awesome and super responsive. Highly recommend this property!

My favorite vacation rental ever!

We have stayed at this house before and I have to say the house was even nicer than it was the first time. The owner's have enlarged the living space inside and out and have furnished it with everything you could possibly need! Marcie and Jeff are great to work with and communicating with them is so easy! Perfect Home For A Girl's Weekend

Perfect home and location for a girl's weekend (actually "senior women"). Plenty of space for humans and our furry families, allowed for alone time as well as a spacious living room, kitchen table and hot tub to share stories and laughs. Jeff and Marcie lived up to their super host status! Very accommodating for all of our needs and requests. Would love to return either with girlfriends or with our families.

Loved the easy location to Red Ledges where our event was being held. perfect stay

Advertised perfect. Outfitted with everything we’d need. Flying with 7 month old and didn’t have to worry about items he’d need was heaven. So clean and decorated beautifully. Wow! Definitely a return. Trip to Midway and beautiful little Swiss town. Not enough time to enjoy it all.

SIMPLY AMAZING!

This property was incredible! It couldn't have been more beautiful! The home was pristine and beautifully appointed. It was the perfect combination of a vacation home, and home. It was so comfortable. We were 4 adults and 5 kids and it couldn't have been more perfect. It was spacious, close to everything, and the hosts were incredible. They were super responsive to every question and incredibly hospitable. We would absolutely come back in. a heart beat!

What makes this property unique

We fell in love with the curb appeal but when we saw the inside, we knew this was the place. We discovered later it was a historic home that is a favorite of locals from former owners who used to show it off regularly. It was also included in previous Better Homes and Gardens Magazines as well as numerous Hallmark Movies. Charm and thoughtful design exist througout. From the beautiful casement mantled fireplace to the fun and period appropriate furnishings, this home is a mix of comfort, peace, quality and character. The exterior is just as nice as the interior with beautiful lawns, ancient elms, private decks with gathering areas, fire pits and a large artic spa with Covana motorized cover.
