This house and Janet our host were exactly what we wanted. We had a couple of minor problems with lights and fans broken and Janet immediately deployed a very nice and responsive person to install new ones that she bought. The backyard was perfect for our dog. The garage situation was great for our motorcycles and trailer. We had a few friends and children visit along the way. The house is super comfortable and easy easy easy. The location is great - anything you want is nearby. There are a few things that are a bit aged..dishwasher isn’t great, cushions outside are run down, ice maker temperamental but it’s understandable given it’s a rental place. All in all just a great experience. Thank you Janet.

Great Stay

This was our second time staying here. Was just as good as our previous stay. The owner is extremely responsive and easy to work with. The pool is heated and A/C works perfect for those hot days. Home is close to many restaurants and shopping. If you're looking for a place to relax and dry out (if you're from the PNW like us) we highly recommend staying here.

Our family started at this property for 11 days during our cross country move to Phoenix. The house has a great location close to all amenities! Pool is fantastic and lots of games for kids! They left the garage door opener which is a must to park in the garage during the hot months. It was nice to have full cable on tv as most VRBOs just have a smart tv. Beds are comfy and lots of different spaces to gather. We had a wonderful stay!! Would definitely recommend.

This is great location close to restaurants and really anything you would need, but still quiet and private in great neighborhood. Great Family Location

The property was clean with a big backyard and a great pool perfect for family fun. Janet, the owner, was super responsive property, Janet was very responsive to our every question. The neighborhood was super quiet and lots of birds outside made it a very nice stay. We will definitely be back!!

We own and manage our own properties. All units are non-smoking so no worries about stale smoke smell. Also, we have no carpet in any of our units. All our floors are hard surfaces so you will know everything is clean! We want your experience in our home to be a good one.

Why they chose this property

The open floor plan of this home allows the kitchen to be part of the conversation. Two televisions are in the main room, plus one in the master bedroom. You can easily walk to a variety of dining and shopping options, including In-N-Out Burger, Oregano's, Sprouts, and Costco, The attached two-car garage has an epoxy finish and direct access to the kitchen. Situated on a corner lot, the homes are spaced apart, providing more privacy in the backyard. The covered patio spans the length of the home, offering additional shade. The patio features a tumbled travertine deck and a newly installed pebble pool (added in October 2019). Inside, you'll find granite countertops and large, open living areas. A portable travel crib is available that can be used in any room. You'll have full access to the entire house and private yard. It's a nice neighborhood with easy access to a nearby park and numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance. The pool is sizable, with a deep end that previously had a diving board. It has an electric pool heater with a gas backup, allowing for better temperature control. Many guests have enjoyed the putting green. Hiking, shopping, and dining are all easily accessible.
