Private entrance, newly built with soundproofing and it's own air system as well as an indoor fireplace.. TV, Netflix and Prime viewing available. Comfy queen bed with premium linens. Centrally located 20 minutes to Sedona, 12 minutes to Jerome, and 4 minutes to Old Town Cottonwood. Short walk to the Verde River and trails.

The apartment was close to everything. We also loved Cottonwood - we actually said if we came another winter in the future, we would probably make our stay in this sweet town.

Perfect, quiet and peaceful apartment!

We can’t say enough good things about this little hideaway! It had everything we needed, including a beautiful private patio overlooking the Verde valley. It was so charming and immaculate- we’ll be back!

Second time to stay here. Pam and Paul are wonderful! They make it east to have a great stay. Everything needed to cook our meals, beautiful views, comfy bed. Close to a charming little lake. Love it!

Enjoyed my stay in Cottonwood. The owner allowed an early check in to accommodate my schedule. The property was close to town yet quiet. No issues at all with the stay - everything worked as advertised.

Excellent place to relax and enjoy sites

Great place for 2 to enjoy the nearby sites and come back to a very relaxing time on the patio. Apartment is on ground floor of owner but feels like you are all alone. Owner is super! Very quiet neighborhood and easy to access sites only wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely be back!

Pleasant place with a view

Everything it said it was. We were busy during day, and a comfortable and quiet place to come back to for the night. Cottonwood is so much more low key than Sedona, a great place and central to everything we wanted to see and do.

This place was an amazing vacation spot! 7 minutes outside of Old Cottonwood with a wonderful night view!! I loved sitting outside at night on the porch and looking at the stars! So peaceful. Pam is an excellent host and makes you feel super welcome and I will DEFINITELY be back soon and have told many friends it's the place to stay!!

Cottonwood Get Away

Pam & Paul host a lovely secluded apartment. We enjoyed our stay in Cottonwood and especially the quiet, private accommodations. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We loved sitting on the private patio overlooking the green valley along the Verde river. We would highly recommend this apartment and hope to come back and stay another weekend in the future.

This place was so cute and secluded. It was spacious and the bed was comfortable (even though we prefer a king bed). Make sure you bring shampoo and soap, i must not have read in the description that this was not provided. We would definitely stay here again if we are back in Cottonwood.

Relaxing space for my husband and I

It was a cute space with a nice patio overlooking the valley of Cottonwood. It was pretty cold when we were there so we didn't get to enjoy the patio but in the summer it would be great! Kitchen was stoked with enough stuff to make meals and they had even bought an ice bag for us and left pint glasses chilled in the freezer for us! It was the perfect size for my husband and I, may be a tight fit for more.

Room with a view!

Cozy unit with private patio overlooking with great view of a valley and the mountains opposite. Everything feels new or almost new. Full stove with oven. Owner left ice and drinking water. The only drawback, if you are staying awhile, is the lack of washer and dryer. I hope to return when I am in the area!

Comfortable Space & Great Value

Pam’s property was a great find for me & my husband, looking for a 1 BR, comfy space with cooking facilities for our 3-day stay In Cottonwood area. You are 20 min from fabulous hiking in Sedona—and you don’t have to constantly battle that traffic (except to get in/out of there) Pam was welcoming, accommodating and easy to communicate with. She easily accommodated our son (late addition) for a night, providing a comfortable air mattress. The space is clean & quiet, the attached lower level of the home, with private entrance in a nice residential neighborhood.

Wonderful property, wonderful hosts!

Cottonwood is a great location, close to Jerome, Sedona, and Prescott. We visited each of those towns, including Cottonwood/Old Cottonwoods. Great scenery in all! Pam and Paul were so attentive and full of suggestions about the area. There was a small issue with the plumbing, and they were quick to get it resolved with no inconvenience at all. They are quick to respond to their guests and so pleasant and interesting to visit with. They made our stay pleasant and made us feel like good friends. I absolutely recommend a stay with Pam and Paul if you’re looking at a stay in Cottonwood. You will be happy that you did. Thank you, Pam & Paul!

This is a basement apartment. The owners live above the unit. Going by the listing -- I had a different impression of what to expect then what the property really turned out to be. Never the less, it is a very nice place to stay! It's been nicely remodeled and decorated. The bed is very comfortable and it offers a full kitchen.The picture for the property advertisement is of the view from the front of the unit. It is beautiful and we saw several gorgeous sunsets!!

Beautiful quiet hideaway!!

I love this place!! Pam you did great!! This place was beautiful and quiet, comfy, warm and we enjoyed every minute of it!! It was my boyfriend birthday over the weekend and Pam even put up a happy birthday banner for him!! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!! Everything was clean, easy to use and they even had left a list of some of their favorites places to eat!! We ate at the Crema for breakfast, the merkin for dinner and Georgie's cafe also for breakfast. We also go a sweet visit from her cat View!!! Thank you for a wonderful stay and visit!!
