'Villa Charlotte', This charming seaside resort is located in the center of Pornichet, in the district of the train station, beach and shops on foot, less than 300 meters from the spa and the beach bookstores. This house offers:

Petite maison idéale pour un petit séjour, tout à proximité et à pied ! Problèmes pour capter les chaines de la télé..dommage quand il pleut ! Le plus: draps et serviettes fournis et lits faits à notre arrivée .. bravo !

La location est très bien située avec tous les commerces à proximité, la plage à 500m. Tous les équipements nécessaires sont présents (four, cafetière, grille pain, …)

Malheureusement commerces à proximité fermé et matelas trop ferme dans le lit adulte et 140 trop petit pour un couple

Merci pour votre visite à la villa charlotte. Effectivement la boucherie traiteur était fermée, il restait comme même la petite boulangerie verte bio, le fromager, le verger de mon grand père, le casino, et les commerçants sous les halles de Pornichet. Pour le matelas il fait comme même 25cm d'épaisseur, mais l'appréciation de la fermeté des matelas est souvent en rapport à notre propre habitude.

Super séjour !

La villa Charlotte est très bien située, près de la mer et des commerces. Le logement était nickel, avec tout l’équipement qu’il faut, rien ne manque. Le linge de maison était propre et là aussi il y avait tout ce qu’il fallait. De la vaisselle propre et pas abîmée. Avec mes 3 enfants et notre chienne nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Le propriétaire est une personne très agréable qui nous a très bien accueilli et avec qui il est facile de communiquer. Merci pour tout. Nous reviendrons !

Ma soeur et moi sommes très satisfaites de notre séjour dans la Villa Charlotte, une maison très propre, agréablement meublée et avec goût, où rien ne manque du point de vue vaisselle, ustensiles de cuisine et électroménager. Les lits sont confortables et le linge de maison (draps, serviettes de bain, torchons, très propres). L'accueil par le propriétaire a été parfait. Nous recommandons cette location qui, par ailleurs, est très bien située car proche des commerces, de la gare et du front de mer.
