Why they chose this property
Our Bear Creek Bend Guest House is a duplex with both upstairs and downstairs apartments. Both have private entrances and parking, and both have outstanding views of Kachemak Bay. We chose this area because it is a secluded secluded setting in an upscale neighborhood, and has excellent access to Homer activities. The home was built in 2003 but we finished an extensive remodel in mid-summer 2019. It features a high end Rustic Decor with all new flooring, furniture, bedding, trim and fixtures. The living area is quite spacious and the kitchen is gorgeous. This is the upstairs unit that has a deck with stunning views of Kachemak Bay and the Homer Spit. The adjoining Lower Unit is separated by a double lock adjoining door, and you can rent one apartment, or both, to accommodate larger groups. There is extensive soundproofing between the units.
What makes this property unique
We offer a 1 day complimentary Gym Pass to the Bay Club. The Bay Club features Steam Sauna, Cardio and Weight Machines, Fitness Classes and a Climbing Wall.
