Cala Morell stay

Loved the villa and our stay in cala Morrell. The villa is beautifully clean and is situated in a stunning location. A little bit far away from everything but we didn't mind that at all. Only a 15 minute drive into town.

Fantásticas vacaciones!

Una experiencia fantástica. Viajábamos dos adultos y un niño. La casa está fenomenal, perfecta para nosotros. Vistas sobre el mar y con toda la equipación necesaria. Todo en perfecto estado. La urbanización es muy tranquila. Hemos disfrutado de La Paz y el silencio. Muy recomendable. Nosotros volveremos!

Quiet, peaceful location and stay

We had a wonderful time exploring Menorca with a base at this villa. Traveling end of May/beginning of June, the surrounding properties were hardly used so we had a very quiet, peaceful stay. The owners/managers met us on arrival and were very responsive to any needs, even on a Friday evening. The pool was clean and well-maintainted and the house very clean. The kitchen had all essentials. The Mercadona shop is a 10 min drive away so requires a little planning but this was fine for us. I have very little complaint as we had a wonderful stay. The only issues were that we staggered showers to ensure enough hot water (not a big deal for us) and the dishwasher did not clean everything fully (95%) which meant some washing afterward. All in all, we would definitely visit again.

Villa moderne dans un quartier très joli de Cala Morell. Maison tres agreable a vivre. La plage et 3 restaurants sont à 10 min à pied. Nous allons y retourner l'année prochaine!

Einfach toll!

Sowohl die Buchung, die Absprachen mit Jaime als auch die Schlüsselübergabe mit dem netten Verwalter waren unkompliziert und sehr freundlich! Wir, Familie mit 3 Kindern, hatten das Haus ausgewählt, um in einer ruhigen und landschaftlich schönen Umgebung ein paar entspannte Tage zu erleben. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und innen und außen sehr gepflegt. Highlight für die Kinder war der große Pool und die schöne Terrasse davor, wo wir viel Zeit verbrachten. Das Haus liegt nicht weit von einer schönen Badebucht als auch von Ciutadella, wo es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und eine Menge schöner Restaurants gibt. Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub in einem tollen Haus.

todo un acierto!

hemos disfrutado de la casa en la primera mitad de junio, y ha sido todo un acierto. la casa es mas que suficiente para una familia de 4, es una construcción nueva, bien hecha y acabada con gusto. Tiene todos los accesorios básicos para disfrutar de la estancia con la familia: barbacoa, cuna para pequeños, flotadores para la piscina, etc., y la cocina esta equipada con lo suficiente para cocinar en condiciones. Las habitaciones son pequeñas, pero del tamaño perfecto para estar cómodos (al fin y al cabo, son solamente para dormir, no?); quizás el único punto mejorable de la casa son los colchones de espuma, que yo cambiaria por algo mas firme y ancho (tipo 160x200, asi cabe una pareja bien). El jardín es suficientemente amplio y bien cuidado para que los pequeños también disfruten, aunque quizás un par de arboles mas se agradecerían (también a nivel de privacy con los vecinos). ¡En el conjunto es una casa donde nos encantaría volver! Cala morell tiene mucho encanto, es un lugar lejos de las multitudes turísticas, desde luego perfecto para los que quieren romper un poco con la rutina de ciudad y disfrutar de paisaje (una vista mar y de un atardecer de pelos de punta), tranquilidad, silencio, vida de mar, y a 10 minutos de coche esta ciudadela con todo lo que uno pueda necesitar.

Tranquilidad Absoluta, en mayúsculas.

La casa es impresionante, las vistas desde la piscina no tienen precio. Puedes pasar todo el día viendo el mar y olvidarte de todo. La casa tiene todo lo necesario y a 10 minutos en coche, tienes varios supermercados para la comida y cosas que puedas necesitar. Si no buscas relax, esta no es tu casa. Al principio, el silencio desconcierta, pero por la noche, poder ver las estrellas y no escuchar nada es increíble. Volveremos.

Fantastic house in a lovely setting

This is a lovely house, very well presented and equipped. Wonderful views of the sea. The house had every thing we wanted and was a peaceful and relaxing place to stay. There were some lovely walks and only a 5 minute drive to the beach at Calla Morrell which was brilliant for snorkeling. The owner provides everything included in the price of the villa and midway through our 10 day stay the house was cleaned with new towels and beds made up with fresh sheets. The pool was maintained daily. It is a quiet area with no shops or bars which we did not mind. It took about 10 minutes to drive to the outskirts of Ciutadella where there was a choice of supermarkets. We would thoroughly recommend this property

Una vacanza di estremo relax

E' una villetta in una zona residenziale di "lusso" estremamente tranquilla dove il silenzio, almeno in luglio, è a dir poco ... imbarazzante. La casa è dotata di tutto quello che si può immaginare. La vista è sul mare ma su una scogliera a strapiombo. Per il bagno in mare bisogna fare una passeggiata di 10-15 min., ma vale assolutamente la pena. La piscina è un toccasana impagabile nei momenti di caldo giornaliero e notturno. Mancano in Cala Morrell i servizi primari e bisogna andare a Ciutadella, circa 8-9 km, per trovare un supermercato. Direi che l'auto è indispensabile, anche per visitare i bellissimi posti sparsi sull'isola. La fornitissima cucina offre la possibilità (direi invita!) di pranzare e cenare in casa, magari a bordo piscina, ventilati da una costante brezza marina. Pur avendo girato l'isola posso tranquillamente dire che, con piacevole sorpresa, si è rivelata una delle soluzioni migliori per la nostra vacanza di famiglia. Assolutamente consigliata.

Un piacevole soggiorno

Abbiamo trascorso le nostre vacanze estive presso questa struttura posta a Cala Morell. Và detto subito che la struttura é tra le migliori che si possano trovare per una famiglia con 2 ragazzi. Ampia, completa e ben rifinita, con camere munite d armadi a muro, bagno spazioso con una doccia molto grande, un bel soggiorno ed una cucina perfettamente funzionale se si ha voglia di preparare qualcosa. Il pezzo forte consiste nel patio esterno che spazia sul mare, accompagnato dalla piscina che rende gradevoli i pomeriggi dopo il rientro dal mare. Tutto e inserito in un contesto molto tranquillo e discreto, perfetto che chi ama la quiete. Indispensabile avere l'auto, in quanto nelle vicinanze non c'é nessun servizio utile. Villa Mercedes é adatta a chi vuole trascorrere le proprie vacanze senza trambusto, per chi ama la bella vista e non ha problemi a spostarsi ogni qualvolta desidera andare al mare o più semplicemente cenare in un grazioso ristorante minorchino. Sconsiglio questa villetta a coloro che cercano "tutto sotto casa"; a coloro che amano il casino sino a tarda notte; a quelli che non vogliono usare la macchina o semplicemente a chi non é disposto a sentire il vento giungere dal mare quale unico rumore udibile. Per tutti gli altri, ve la consiglio di cuore.
